"MI, Ice prince, Tu face, Praiz, Darey are from the middlebelt and made it without singing in yoruba, so nothing new about the few igbos like Phyno and Flavour. Timaya, Iyanya, Cynthia Morgan, Omawumi, Burna boy e.t.c are from the Niger delta and made it tok without singing yoruba". All these non Igbos your Are mentioning are cool, but P Square eclipses them all. Better have one shark than have many crayfishes. 1 Like |

Marcelini: OdenigboAroli: Igbos are the greatest liars and fact twisters from the black race of this world and i will take the calling to busting out their lies. These Ipob miscreants who have never left Aba in their entire lives think we are all like them. Some of us know P-square and Mikel Obi family house in Jos, well look at what P (Peter) square himself had to say about he and Mikel growing up in Jos together and started btheir career from there and how they shall continue to represent JOS.

^^^^^^^^^^^ So you Ipob miscreants can now see? Not all of us are ignorant children of hate like you guys. This is the reason why Biafra can never work, because other tribes are so welcoming to the Igbos and so many Igbos have adopted other places as their hometowns. Mikel and Psquare may have mansions in Uk, Us, Lagos, Abuja, but their family house, childhood and teenage friends, well wishers, memories and Upbringing continues to remain in the great middlebelt city of Jos. If you go and ask ppl like Psquare or Mikel now if they want Biafra, they will land u a very dirty slap on your face. because these people can never leave their JOS, home sweet home. How many ppl from other tribes can boast about Aba or Onitsha as such? In case you miscreants did not see it, look again, Peter Okoye made it clear that he and Mikel shall continue to represent JOS (why not Ekwulobia, Okigwe or Okija)? LWKMD!

Jackrich: I will attribute your outburst to poor reading comprehension. My question is still relevant and is independent of the comment you quoted. I will rephrase. What do those who accuse Igbos of coveting/ grabbing land think Igbos want to do with their land? Has an Enugu man ever laid claim to land in Imo state that he hasn't purchased or been gifted and vice versa? 2 Likes |

The dust is still yet to settle on Oba Rilwan Akiolu's anti-Igbo statement made over the weekend. Several politicians, commentators and celebrities have expressed their thoughts on the highly controversial issue. The CEO of Mavin Records (popularly now referred to as the Supreme Mavin Dynasty) has come out to air his mind on the Oba of Lagos' statement which threatened death on Igbos who won't vote for the APC gubernatorial candidate on April 11, 2015. Yesterday, April 7, 2015 a Twitter account with the handle @Iam_SkySwag asked Don Jazzy why he had kept quiet about the issue. @Iam_SkySwag also insinuated that because Don Jazzy did not want to talk about the issue because he is close to the Governor of Lagos state, Babatunde Fashola. The prolific hitmaker munched these tweets directed at him and posted them on his Instagram account. In the caption below the picture, Don Jazzy expressed his thoughts on the whole issue. "I am a Nigerian first and an Igbo man second. Fashola has treated everyone in Lagos fairly as far as I know and I am proud to be associated with him. #mentor" he wrote. He further wrote "As a wise/civilized/respectful Igbo man, I will not desecrate the stool of royalty, even tho I totally frown at that recording. But I will tell you for free that we all have the freedom to choose whom to vote for & no one can force you or me to vote as he/she pleases. #IDJA." http://pulse.ng/celebrities/don-jazzy-mavin-boss-speaks-on-oba-of-lagos-anti-igbo-controversy-id3636349.html 2 Likes |

All that needs to be done to forever erase the slog of who is real Igbo and who is not, is for the Igbos of South East to support the creation of Anioma State... This will go a long way to reduce the agitation for Biafra. South East needs two extra State to balance the equation. 1 Like |

chukzyblingz: Thanks. You come across as civil too. I don't know that there were aborigines however, the significant corruption of the language spoken by Bini emigres, your place names being Igbo, your progenitor having an exclusively Igbo title bestowed upon him and his name changed from whatever it was to a name with an exclusively Igbo alphabet point to the existence of Igbo/ Igboid aborigines in what is now known as Anioma. If however, your progenitor's original name was Eze Chime, it would point to a reverse migration eastward of an Igbo man/ clan. 2 Likes |

After all, MASSOB have even proposed regional system with the current structure; did you see any inclusion of South South territory? Why are you guys so paranoid on anything Igbo? Yes, we have our kins in Rivers and Delta State. But we respect the freedom of association. We will never force any group to be part of us. If at all referendum is allowed and they choose to remain in Nigeria or any of their choices, their choice will definitely stand. Besides, it was not a South East Igbo that wrote this article on Facebook that we all debating on here. Its an Anioma fellow rooting his belief on why he is Igbo. We know you guys are already scheming violence against the Igbo nation, should Nigeria break up. But you will all fail in your plans.... We the Igbo people are too civilized to engage any group in combat for now.... I rest my case. 2 Likes |

Some of your songs are usually Igbo themed, showing you are still very close to your roots. How would you say this has affected your music and personality? Sometimes, if we don’t sing in Igbo, our people will crucify us (laughs). If you listen to P-Square, you will hear Igbo, English, Pidgin English; even French we try. For us, English is a universal language and I’m not singing in Igbo to try and please my people but I like to inculcate my culture through music. http://www.vanguardngr.com/2015/04/exclusive-my-life-music-and-family-peter-okoye/ I guess P-square forgot that his people are Jos people and not Ndiigbo? genieluv you will need to remind them of their Jos people. 1 Like |

But did you guys really know what happened to your mother? People must always speculate . It got to a point, I said to myself that those people who are accusing us of being responsible for our mum’s death must be ignorant of how close we were to her. We didn’t want that rumour to distract us. In fact, when people are insinuating such things, the best advice is for you to block your ears and never allowed it to distract you. I’m human, and I don’t except people to say positive things about Psquare all the time. Psquare have made its worst mistake in the past, and nobody noticed it. We are not perfect. And we know why people were accusing us of being responsible for our mother’s death. It’s because we are successful in what we are doing for a living. Even in my Igbo nation, once somebody starts to progress, his kinsmen will start to associate his riches with money ritual. We have overgrown such insinuation. http://www.vanguardngr.com/2013/03/only-one-thing-can-split-us-psquare/ I guess P Square forgot they are from Jos nation and not from Igbo nation here too.genieluv you can be proud of being a northerner without dragging Sucessful Igbos like P Square with you or try to forcefully attach to Ndiigbo in Anioma, just to cure your inferiority complex. 2 Likes |

Donarozzi:... Great point my brother. The greatest mistake that OHANAEZE Ndigbo made was when the allow the opportunity to create ANIOMA STATE as part of South East slips out of them. Yes I quite understand their fear, concerns but it is a risk worth taking. The solutions you proffered above is very superb in bringing all Ndigbo across all boards under one umbrella. The challenge solely rest in our generation now to correct this injustice and anomaly. This is one struggle I am ready to sacrifice my life, resources and time to see to its actualization. bigfrancis21: Pls, this excuse of yours is not good enough. The Ebonyi state that you people now decided to support is now the poorest igbo state and that state is now failing and a laughing stock for Igbo nation. Many Ilorin and Lokoja indigenes deny yoruba identity, but i bet you that yorubas will prefer a state that will re-unite Kwara and Kogi yorubas back to them over any other thing without thinking of the deniers there. And don't give that crap about not wanting to be seen to grab anioma lands as any reason, selfishness was the main reason why you people refused Onitsha to join Anioma state simply because you guys don't want Anioma people to own Onitsha or control your people therein. |

Marcelini: Your lies were busted, so face it and stop looking for lame facts to back your shame. I never argued that Psquare are not Igbos or have lost their igbo identity. All i ever said was that the Upbringing, family houses, childhood and teenage friends and well wishers, memories of these people are tied to Jos, and Jos has become their home away from home. That's all i ever said. I think i really need to give you IPOB members a break and only respond to reasonable people like BigFrancis and Chukzyblingz or any other reasonable person.
