Fraudsters jailed over £20 million credit card scam
Two fraudsters have been jailed over their part in a £20 million credit card scam, after a vigilant retailer became suspicious about online orders placed with his music store and contacted the police.

By Martin Evans

4:13PM GMT 23 July 2015

Nigerians Gboyega Akinbola, 36, and Oyetunde Oyedeji, 31, went on a spending spree worth an estimated £60,000 after buying the credit card details of more than 1,100 people from an international hacking syndicate.

The pair, who had registered as students after arriving in Britain, were only caught when Moss Hills, owner of the Stagebeat music store in Guildford, Surrey, noticed Akinbola's delivery address was different to the one on his card details and became suspicious.

Launching his own investigation he managed to trace an email address for Akinbola, hack into it and uncover evidence of widespread fraud.

He then passed the information onto Surrey Police and the Serious Organised Crime Agency (SOCA), who launched Operation Prince to smash the international network.

The investigation uncovered a vast scam involving more than 200,000 stolen credit card details and leading to the biggest retrieval of compromised data in UK law enforcement history.

Two of the alleged ringleaders of the conspiracy were later picked up by police at their homes in Egypt and Vietnam.

Jailing Akinbola, from Barking, Essex, for three-and-a-half years and Oyedeji, from Woolwich, south-east London, for two years at Southwark Crown Court, Judge Christopher Hardy said the investigation had uncovered a "shocking hole in the banks' credit system".

It is believed hackers around the world had been able to steal credit card details including passwords from British banks before selling them on to criminals, including the Nigerian pair.

Judge Hardy said Mr Hills should be recognised for his "ingenuity", awarding him £500 reward from the public purse.

He also recommended Akinbola's deportation but made no such order against Oyedeji, who married a woman with UK citizenship and has been given leave to remain as a student.

The court was told that Akinbola also entered the UK as a student and worked as a night time security officer.

He also tried to enter into a sham marriage to secure his status in the country.

Akinbola and Oyedeji pleaded guilty to charges of fraud, admitting the plot totalled around £30,000.

Detectives believe the total figures could be much higher however.

Trevor Pearce, Executive Director of SOCA, said: "As a result of national and international co-operation, SOCA was able to dismantle a worldwide organised crime network dealing in huge quantities of stolen credit card data. This was an excellent operation that resulted in the biggest retrieval of compromised card data in UK law enforcement history."

FBI wants 26-year old Nigerian scammer

By Elor Nkereuwem

January 18, 2015 02:34AM

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has demanded the extradition of a 26-year old Nigerian, Olaniyi Makinde, in connection with e-mail scams currently valued at about USD800,000.

A source at the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) said the FBI is particularly interested in Mr. Makinde, who is currently standing trial in Ondo State, because of the peculiarity of the scam method which involved remotely breaking into the accounts system of an online payroll company in California, Intuit Inc.

When contacted, the spokesperson of the EFCC, Femi Babafemi, declined to speak in details about the case but our source also said that the EFCC and the FBI have been working together on this case since last year adding that while the FBI would like to try Mr. Makinde in the US, the EFCC want him tried in Nigeria.

Amongs other charges in the 23-count charge brought against the 26-year old, the EFCC said that Mr. Makinde managed to manipulate the American online payroll system to deposit cash in his Intercontinental and Ecobank accounts in Nigeria.

“He installed malicious codes in several victims’ personal computers with which he fraudulently stole their bank information to steal $600, 000,” an official document obtained by NEXT said.

“Because of that boy, three FBI agents came to Nigeria in October. They wanted to see the person that could carry out this deal offshore,” our source at the EFCC said.

The accused, Mr. Makinde, who also goes by the aliases Olaniyi James and Andrea Bradley, recently graduated from the University of Ado Ekiti with a degree in Economics and is scheduled to take part in the compulsory National Youth Service scheme.

He however remains in the custody of Nigeria’s anti-graft agency which said that if convicted of the over 20 count charges brought against him, Mr. Makinde could serve as much as 60 years in jail.

Of course all your rants are all about a love for GEJ and the unrecoverable pain that he lost a simple election. You are free to call Buhari a dullard or whatever name you chose to call him if that is what gives you peace. The last time I checked, no one stops you from joining your colleagues in using those unprintable names.

I have told you this isn't a secession thread, I'm not in the mood to discuss that trash with anyone. But just to remind you, if you so wish to leave Nigeria because you cannot play superior politics to get to the top, you are free to emigrate to whatever part of the world you want; but let it be known that you are not taking a single inch of Nigerian territory with you. Nobody is going to allow a destabilisation of the nation or the balkanisation of its territory just because your candidate lost an election. There are a lot of reasonable Igbos who are very well established across different parts of Nigeria, no successful person is going to jeopardise his life's efforts just because some emotionally driven brainwashed individuals cannot get over an election loss.
I understand that you find it hard to believe that many Igbos still desire to have a separate existence from you and your cotravellers despite your promise of Igbo presidency come 2019/2023.

You see, no matter how hard you try, your efforts to mask your utter disgust for Igbos desiring to have a separate existence from you and your Yoruba folks is still visible.

For a long while now you lots have threatened war against Igbos. You promised yourselves to complete the annihilation of Igbos. You vowed to confiscate Igbo properties. You keep drumming, Igboland is landlocked, sea-locked, air-locked, sunlight-locked, gravity-locked and all what not just to attempt quench the raging IPOB tsunamic movement. Yorubas have systematically burnt Igbo shops and business premises. Yorubas have used every foul means to defraud Igbos of their hard earned monies. And you still have the guts to leave the myriads of problems bedevilling you lots to grandstand in the public with unfounded theories against the Igbo Nation.

Some 10 years ago during the incessant killing sprees in the North, Yorubas saw that carnage as an opportunity to mock Igbos that got killed.
In that fateful Christmas bombing by Boko-Haram, prior to the release of the names of the victims, the Yorubas went on the internet to ridicule and mock Igbos as being the victims of the bombing, until the list of victims were released and Yorubas were predominately the victims.

You and your Yoruba folks have used all tricks at your disposal to attempt to quench the call for self-determination and it's not working. Yet Igbos remain undaunted and are still pressing forward against all the odds to your consternation.

Many Igbos don't want to share a country with you anymore and yet you keep creating unnecessary attentions for yourselves on the internet with baseless theories of absurdity to blackmail the Igbo Nation to pitch tent with you. Your chicanery is sickening already.

It will be honourable for you and your Yoruba folks to channel your energies towards consolidating OduaArewanistan republic now before it's too late.

Deadlytruth:
.
You are a big fool. I will not address your stupid and senseless repetitions which I have already addressed in other threads. This is how your Northern mallam masters eulogize you and then in a moment later begin to slaughter you. If you were sensible you would have wondered why then they continued to kill you people if they truly believe you have contributed to their growth. Yest you keep living among them in millions despite leasing you to their slaughter houses daily. What more evidence is there that you people are the slaves of the North? A people who claim to have developed other people's places while their own home is in shambles.

If you were not a hopeless revisionist and blatant liar you would not have claimed I was referring to the 1999 constitution as a "We the people" constitution when I actually said Nigeria started with a "We the people constitution". Did Nigeria start in 1999? Can you honestly deny that our independence constitution was working fine before your shortsighted and uneducated Ironsi started tampering with it? If you can't read and comprehend simple explicit sentences then now wonder the big fool in you is never able to see the deceit in a Hausa man's speech aimed at fooling you after killing your brothers. You are beyond salvage!
You have for over three months now ranted meaninglessly without sparing a single line to tell us here the specific igbo ethnic subdivision you belong and also tell us exactly how that your unfortunate ethnicity has contributed to the salvaging of Nigeria. You are obviously ashame to tell us which unfortunate and inconsequential part of Igbo land your meaningless self come from. Why? You are obviously not proud of the miserable and Otokoto Shrines infested village you hail from. If you are bold and proud of your stinking and demonic village which serves as a human parts procurement hub and market then declare it here. I have told you the name of my own home town, but you are dead ashame to declare yours for very obvious reasons. We don't eat flesh or trade in it in my home town unlike in yours where human parts are sold and eaten. You are a hopeless cannibal who is being tormented by the ghosts of those whose flesh and blood you ate and drank. If you were not under torment of nemesis how come I referred to the constitution with which Nigeria began at independence and you took it to mean the 1999 constitution? Of course you have lost your senses from too much involvement with human flesh, blood and human parts. I challenge you once more; tell us the name of your squalid and shrine filled village in igbo land if you are proud of it.
Frustrated spawn of a fallen demon, I quite feel your eternal pains and grief but that still will not prevent you and your inconsequential Uneme-Nekhua people spending the rest of your miserable lives with your Fulani masters.

Miserable scallywag, nothing good can proceed from diabolic scammers and treacherous backst*bbers who through Prince Akenzua (now the late Oba of Benin) along with top permanent secretaries ensured the non-implementation of the Aburi Accord of January 4 & 5, 1966. And in 1967-70 gladly colluded with their masters to gleefully commit genocide on supposed Anioma brothers.

Uneme-Nekhua elites and other backstabbing Edo elites are wont to disgracefully frustrate the aspirations of the South to satisfy their slave masters.
The Edo/Edoid elites have been in the habit of betraying the trust of the South. They rarely stand up to counter the great evils, injustice, inequity and lopsided arrangement in the polity but would rather join hands with the enemies of progress to ensure the continuation of evils in the land.

In pre-colonial times, Edo groups maintained an evil empire and your reign of terror extending to the Aniomas was better imagined than experienced. Sooner than later the entrance of the colonial masters marked the moribund of your cannivorous empire. You were rendered useless and even right now you remain a spent force that cannot be reckoned with except in 1967-70 when you connived with your Fulani masters and went about pointing out your supposed Anioma brothers to be massacred in Bini.

Aside Edo being the Witchcraft headquarters of Nigeria, where witches fall from electric poles with reckless abandon, generally, Edos smartness ends in being notorious international prostitutes, Ogboni-cult human blood drinkers, diabolic scammers, armed robbers, wicked juju-enslavement of girls for prostitution, barbaric witchcraft and ritual practices, credit cards scammers, 419 business fraudster, greedy treasury looters, saboteurs and treacherous backstabbers, coldhearted executors of genocide on Anioma people, diabolic land grabbers and brother killers, parasitic ingrates, devilish cultists, cunning, greedy and lazy slaves. Take some time out and research on your uncles - the dreaded Lawrence Anini and Monday Osunbor whose diabolic gangs caused fear, terror and bloodletting in Benin City and its environ.

As if your cannibalism and ritual-killings aren't enough evil your married women are notorious in importing their mothers' juju and witchcraft into their husbands homes.

You should be hiding your oblong conehead in shame when sane people are having a worthwhile discussion.
You and cannibalistic people have only flourished at the expense of others by virtue of the injustice, inequity and lopsided arrangement in the polity coupled with the disgraceful manner your backstabbing elites ass-lick their masters.

In all your useless theses and theories of absurdity you have consistently failed to point out the contributions of your inconsequential Uneme-Nekhua people to this country. Instead you mischievously, arrogantly and persistently choose to dwell on inanities while displaying and advertising your inferiority complex and lack of wits for all to see.

Fetish inbred slave from a juju-infested enclave, if you like cry blood and continue your wicked propaganda the eternal portion of the Uneme-Nekhua people still remains with your Fulani masters.

If you're too pained that you and your Uneme-Nekhua people will eventually end up with the Yorubas and Hausa-Fulanis in OduaArewanistan republic then find the nearest brick wall and smash your empty-headed skull to smithereens.

It has been a curse having your likes in the same country and this curse is broken already and the serpent head is severely bruised and that's why you've been on rampage for some months now attempting in vain to resurrect a walking corpse.

Igbos are comfortable having a separate existence from greedy, treasury looters cum murderous backst*bbers.

Emotions typically takes away the ability to reason or articulate simple things from even the most intelligent people. First of all, try and throw away the silly tribal battle mentality and reason for once as if you were not even of any of the Nigerian tribes.

The Op simply pointed out 5 statements by Joe Igbokwe and labelled them 'hate speeches.' My response was simply to correct that wrong notion, "those 5 statements by Joe are not hate speeches," at least you gave very good examples of what hate speeches are in the examples of the Sardauna and the Lagos Oba. I repeat, "the 5 statements of Joe Igbokwe given by the Op are mere political speeches and not hate speeches." That is the simple fact I tried to point out in my earlier post, try and stick to that. Quit all these your loong tribal epistles trying to justify some senseless yoruba vs igbo online fights; don't some of you ever get tired of this foolishness.
I quite understand that you and your cotravellers are trying every tricks known to you to blackmail the Igbo Nation to stay put in this cesspit with you.

You must know that self-determination remains an inalienable right of ANY people.

Hypocrisy and delusion are greater evils that must be expunged from any society that seeks to make a headway in this life.

Permit to me to repeat myself on what hatred is all about perhaps the blinding scales will fallout from your eyes:

In the build up to the 2015 general elections, you and your cotravellers had much fun calling GEJ unprintable names - clueless, shoeless, drunkard, fisherman, dumb, Boko-Haram sponsor even when it's an open secret that BH was an evil invention by Northerners to destabilise and islamise the country; coupled with treasonable threats like forming a parallel govt, making the country ungovernable, 'soaked in the blood of dog and the baboon' threat. And the end result was the unconscionable, cold-hearted waste of human lives and destruction of means of livelihoods in the North and Middle-belt.

You lots spearheaded the campaigns of calumny and insults that earned GEJ the most insulted president ever in history.

You heated the polity and even extended your bile-filled hatred to stoning GEJ in Northern States to prove your disdain and contempt for the presidency.

I'll still advise you to channel your energies towards OduaArewanistan republic. We are not born to continue to be together.
Leave Igbos alone to pursue their dream.

From the above 11 examples you just gave, it is evident that you actually know what hate speeches are, kudos to you for that.

But based on your confirmed understanding of what hate speeches are, you gave the below 5 examples and tagged them hate speeches:

Can you kindly explain how these your 5 examples from Joe Igbokwe translate to hate speeches?.... It appears that in your desperation to castigate the man, you have chosen to betray your own intelligence.
I understand you're as one those fellows that go about pontificating as being honest and objective in their views...but I shall attempt to help you out.

At the outset of PMB administration Igbo leaders were the first to visit Aso Rock to congratulate him and pledge their support for him. Immediately Yorubas and their cohorts were infuriated and were all over the media ranting and abusing Igbo leaders for making such visits. The bitterness was vivid and yet Igbo leaders did not insult or attack the presidency.

It's on record and verifiable that Igbos have not stood against the progress of the presidency.

In aftermath of the 2011 victory of GEJ at the polls Yoruba National Youth Corp Members where butchered by PMB kinsmen without much noise from the Yorubas.
Yorubas did not deem it to rant carelessly and make noise everywhere.

In the build up to the 2015 general elections many Yorubas and their numerous media outfits abused GEJ and the office of the presidency with reckless abandon. Yorubas called GEJ unprintable names - clueless, shoeless, drunkard, fisherman, dumb, Boko-Haram sponsor even when it's an open secret that BH was an evil invention by Northerners to destabilise and islamise the country; coupled with treasonable threats like forming a parallel govt, make the country ungovernable,  'soaked in the blood of dog and the baboon' threat.

You and your Yoruba kinsmen spearheaded the campaigns of calumny and insults that earned GEJ the most insulted president ever in history.

To the hypocrites, the Hausa-Fulanis are peaceful and accommodative and thus have no problem; they can kidnap, kill, maim, destroy and ravage your land and as much as they like.
You lots are more concerned about the Igbo people seeking self-determination peacefully than a group of islamic fanatics butchering and slaughtering people under the guise of religion even without provocation.

If you do not harbour bile-filled hatred for Igbos you lots that have criminally benefitted and still benefitting from this contraption wouldn't be running amok on every media page, calling and supporting the use of violence and extra-judicial killings as a means to quelling a genuine agitation as against opting for a simple referendum.

You're not bothered that this country is an expired entity. You're not concerned about the maiming and wanton destruction of lives and properties going on in the Middle-belt and South for decades now unabated. You're not at all bothered that the marauders are having a field day in your domain, unchallenged by you and your Yoruba cotravellers.

Igbos are comfortable having a separate existence. Do well to channel your energies towards consolidating your OduaArewanistan republic. Leave Igbos alone.

@Op are you sure you know the dictionary meaning of the word hate?
Stop the pretence and learn for once...

Here are samples of hate speeches for your learning:

1* “We do not want our Southern neighbours to interfere in our development. We have never associated ourselves with the activities of these
people. We do not know them, we do not
recognize them, and we share no responsibility in their actions. We shall demand our rights when the time is ripe. If the British quit Nigeria now at this
stage, the Northern people would continue their uninterrupted conquest to the sea”. - Sir Tafawa Balewa (1947)

2* “We the people of the North will continue our stated intention to conquer the South and to dip the Koran in the Atlantic ocean after the British leave our shores.” - Sir Ahmadu Bello (1957)

3* "The new nation called Nigeria should be an estate of our great grand father, Othman Danfodio. We must ruthlessly prevent a change of power. We must use minorities in the North as willing tools and South as conquered territories and never allow them to rule over us or have control over their future"
- Sir Ahmadu Bello, October 12,  1960

Ahmadu Bello, arrogantly uttered the aforementioned statement in a multicultural and multi-religious country and got away with it, and many bigots still hold him in high esteem and even shove it down the throats of other people.

4*

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_WSosECbcmM

5*...barely six months after independence, Sir Ahmadu Bello was able to say with confidence in the Daily Times of May 3, 1961, the following:
“I’m set and fully armed, to conquer the Action Group, AG, in the same ruthless manner as my grandfather conquered Alkalawa, a town in Sokoto province, during the last century.”

6*...sometime in 2010, when upon the demise of President Umaru Y'Ardua, indications emerged that his erstwhile deputy, President Goodluck Jonathan, may contest the 2011 presidential election, a prominent chieftain of this same ACF, Lawal Kaita, who was a former Governor of old Kaduna State, threatened that the North would make Nigeria ungovernable, should Jonathan or anyone from the South win the 2011 presidential election, claiming that such would amount to denying the North it's birthright of ruling Nigeria.

7* It is in the same North barbaric statements like this were uttered in 2011: ”BABOON AND DOG WILL BE SOAKED IN BLOOD”. And what was the outcome - carnage and murder of many Southerners and Christians in the North, including many Youth Corps members when Buhari lost the 2011 presidential election?

8* That true to that threat, upon the victory of Jonathan from the 2011 presidential election, massive violence was unleashed from the North by a group which called itself Boko Haram and which repeatedly took responsibility for unending mayhem which began with the killing of Youth Corp members who worked ad-hoc for INEC in that election.

9* As the barbaric killings and destructions reigned, especially with the attack by Boko Haram on the UN Building and Force Headquarters in Abuja, the Lower Niger Congress publicly posited that the nexus between the aforementioned threat by ACF's, Lawal Kaita and the Boko Haram's bloody campaigns summarily destroyed any prospects for keeping the Nigeria Union.

10* "It was, therefore, no surprise that in October 2013, following the bold announcement by President Jonathan, presenting the sudden prospect of revisiting the master-servant constitutional arrangements of Nigeria infuriated the warmongering born-to-rule Caliphate whose cause was championed by the same ACF, and who, supported by their allies from the renegade wing of the Yoruba Southwest,  launched a vicious, frontal attack on the initiative, teaming on the floor of the Conference into a majority, and driving the Conference into its first major decision, i.e. NOT TO DISCUSS THE TERMS OF NIGERIA'S UNITY. The rest of the Conference was a jamboree that provided a luxurious platform for the North/SW Alliance, parading itself as a new political party named APC, to fine-tune their violent March to the do-or-die 2015 general elections."

Are you trying to prove something here? Because all I can see here is somebody desperately trying to salve his ego from continuous failure.

I really don't have the time to respond line by line to all your rantings up there. Some of us have a day job, you know.

But,

If indeed the Yorubas are the ones holding you guys captive then they must be really superior and much more powerful than you guys.

Don't worry, we will appeal to them to release you from the bondage which they have kept you. Meanwhile, continue to enjoy the opportunities offered to you by a one united Nigeria.

The opportunities include a huge and ready market for all your imported goods both genuine and substandard.

"...I have to say this though, I believe the igbos create a sort of religion balance in the Nigerian system. This is very needed in the system as Nigeria will most likely be an islamic state without the igbos' major Christian population. I am a yoruba christain and will certainly not be comfortable with having the North and southwest as a country together without the inclusion of the Igbos. There are a reasonable number of Muslims in Yorubaland and I know that a southwest + North-only country will have the number of Muslims overshadow the Christians. The Islam religion with its usually overbearing tendencies (sorry) will want to lord it over minority Christians. I certainly won't be comfortable with this and i'm sure a lot of Yoruba christains won't be too. I seriously don't want to experience what it could be like for Nigeria without the Igbos.

First you will have to prove to me that Kemi Olunloyo is actually sane. So quoting her doesn't help your cause, it diminishes it.

all the sh*t you posted up there doesn't mean anything if you can't walk the talk.

Ask all your clansmen living in the Southwest to relocate back to the East. Let's start from there.

If any Yoruba person stops you then we will know you have a point.

We know what happened when you asked your brothers to relocate from the North during your jamboree last year. You were totally ignored.
If Yorubas are worth their senseless rants then venture into the streets of Lagos and test your silliness.

Lagos is not your father's property. Lagos was developed with the crude oil from another's backyard coupled with the sweats and bloods of tribes in Nigeria.
If you can't take it go back to your Oshogbo enclave.

If you and your Yoruba folks know what's good for you, you'd begin channelling your negative energies towards consolidating OduaArewanistan republic before it's too late.

Warn your Yoruba folks to cease making a living out of Igbo's quest for nationhood. It's pathetic already!
Igbos are comfortable having a separate existence from Yorubas. Again, leave Igbos alone.

shut up jare, speak the truth for once in your life!

170 million Nigerians depend on foreign trade, travel, interactions, global commerce and reputation!
The majority of these global locations treat Nigerians differently due to Nigerian passport holders travelling through their airports with drugs and committing crimes in the streets of those countries.
Now the worst of those crimes are drugs and 419, when researched the majority of the perpetrators are Ibos.
So when these people mention why they despise Nigeria they say drugs and scam, to us Nigerians we know the main perpetrators are Ibos.
Nothing personal but Ibo people are hurting Nigeria locally and internationally more than any other tribe. If you have better evidence than I have show it and I will concentrate on those tribes.
C'mon get out of here, you useless cretin from a juju-infested enclave!

I don't blame you entirely since you hypocrites make a career out of lies, falsehood, noise-making, propaganda, abuse and slurs. It's this fraudulent union that gave you ab0ki ass-lickers the effrontery to rant carelessly and senselessly against Igbos; minions who aren't worth up to being shoe-cleaners to Igbos.

'Igbos are hurting Nigeria locally and internationally more than any other tribe' and yet confused hypocrites like you wail and gnash your teeth that Igbos seek to have a separate existence from you greedy, treasury looters cum murderous parasites.

If you believed the trash you wrote you and your partners in crime who have criminally benefitted and still benefitting from this contraption wouldn't be running amok on every media page, calling and supporting the use of violence and extra-judicial killings as a means to quelling a genuine agitation as against opting for a simple referendum.

You're not bothered that this country is an expired entity. You're not concerned about the maiming and wanton destruction of lives and properties going on in the Middle-belt and South for decades now unabated. You're not at all bothered that the marauders are having a field day in your domain, unchallenged by your moronic people and ass-licking elites.

Knowing that your evil days are numbered you have become so desperate, perturbed and agitated that it seems you lots cannot live a day without thinking and writing evil against the Igbo Nation - your eternal nemesis.

Your wicked propaganda and foolish ranting on NL cannot stop the raging IPOB tsunamic movement as your eternal portion remains with your Fulani masters.

Total rubbish,

1st of all I am not Yoruba, and if Yoruba are as notorious for drug dealing, fake goods and destroying Nigeria's reputation as the ibos do I will say it. I continuously mention mallams for their terrorism and religious bigotry.

I am aware of some of your statistics but what a monkey like you failed to understand is that of the 8,805 arrests you refered to in these states, majority of the culprits are actually ibos!!!!!!! They are not Katsina, Akwa Ibom or South West tribesmen, they are ibo residents and travelling criminals in those states. Go and ask NDLEA again! Giade said it and NDLEA continues to say it.

Your numbers don't add up, The percentage of ibos in Nigeria is very small in relation to their convictions and incaceration in Nigeria and abroad.

If there is a Nigerian passport holder arrested, jailed or executed for drugs 90% of the time it will be ibo - and that is in Nigeria, Tanzania, South Africa, Brazil to Dubao to China to Thailand!

I fly continuosly for business, I have discussed with interpol, local police, embassy officials, Nigerian house representative for diaspora, NDLEA officials, NAFDAc officials, Nigerian police, task forces, charities...and yes ibo are the predominant criminals in Nigeria!

-You cannot change that fact, and if you do I will focus on such a tribe if only for the peace and security of Nigerian travellers.

ibo people are the only people I am told to beware of in any country I have visited, ibo people are the people I see on the streets in Dubai, middle east, thailand, China, Rio, South Africa, peddling drugs and looking for mules to carry for them.

They are also the same people likely to tell wholesalers to supply them fake and contraband goods for the additional profit - I see it all the time. even when the seller insists on the danger the ibo man says that is what he wants!

You have to do a better job to change the stats I beg, this one pass tribalism, it is for the soul of Nigeria before ibo people drag the entire country down with their greed!
Silly rants of a confused hypocrite, whining, weeping and wailing profusely on NL at the mere mention of Biaf... or NK...

Your endless rantings on NL cannot prevent you and your cotravellers from spending the rest of your miserable lives with your Fulani masters in OduaArewanistan republic.

Political marginalisation or not, performing governors or not, self-determination remains an inalienable right of ANY people.

It's baffling how some ethnic groups are desperately trying all tricks at their disposal to have Igbos in the same country with them and yet they callously sanction the great injustices and evils being perpetrated in the polity. Yet they approve and hail the criminalisation and killings of peaceful IPOB protesters.

They hate Igbos more than Boko-Haramists and the Islamic Jihadists. They are more worried with the clamour for self-determination than the systematic ethnic cleansing and the unconscionable, cold-hearted waste of human lives in the North and South by the Jihadists and marauders.

Why do you think the government and those who have criminally benefitted and still benefitting from this contraption are quick to threaten war and resort to violence as a means to quelling a genuine agitation as against opting for a simple referendum?

No one has got the moral right to impose on another his/her self-centred way of reasoning.

ikechu1 post:
I can never understand why individuals who started hate campaigns are now crying when that same hate is replicated back to them.

(Yesterday) I read the article by the political ashawo by the name of Joe Igbokwe, or rather Joe Yorubakwe to be more precise lambasting how Igbo hate Buhari and attacking Buhari during his administration. Ironically, I see the set of APC erats, omeka, arrresa and co who sole purpose on this NL is to be an Igbo basher applauding and claiming that same shit yet ironically, even before GEJ lost, the individuals, not only did they abuse, insult, belittled and even applaud any assault on GEJ, they equally were known to bash Igbo on daily basis on this forum. Yet these hypocrites are talking.

I don’t like getting involved in Nigerian politics because I do not see myself as a Nigerian. I think that country was the biggest mistake and the biggest hate towards the black race that the British ever made. But I am proud Igbo and I will defend my ethnicity when communities known to hate the Igbos decides to play victims.

Who started the Hate campaign and the repeated insult to President was it not APC?

Where were Joe Yorubakwe and the APC erats when GEJ was belittled, attacked and insulted almost on daily basis by APC and their supporters until GEJ was named the most insulted president in Nigerian history?

http://www.informationng.com/2013/05/president-jonathan-is-the-most-insulted-disrespected-and-abused-in-nigerian-history-labour-party.html

Where were Joe Yorubakwe and the APC erats when the North attacked GEJ for campaigning in their land? In fact, what does Joe Yorubakwe call that? Was that not hate? Infact last I recalled, when that happened the APC erats on NL APPLAUDED that act did they not? What do you call that? To applaud the possibility of a man getting severally harmed was that not HATE?

Where were Joe Yorubakwe and APC erats when Goodluck Johnathan’s wife and children were repeatedly insulted, degraded and called every name of the book. Infact a named Yoruba went on national TV and nicknamed GEJ wife Sheepotamus (aka comparing her to a Hippo). Was that not abuse? Was that not hate? The Yoruba and Hausa taking that name and belittling her with it on daily basis, I guess that was love correct?

Where were Joe Yorubakwe and APC erats when APC created “Radio Chanji” which bashed, degraded and belittled GEJ as well as spreading propaganda lies to the North about GEJ throughout the campaigning stage? What do you called that was that not HATE?

Where was Joe Yorubakwe and APC erats when Thedailyindependent, which last I checked is rumored to be owned by Tinubu, wrote an article stating that GEJ’s son is dead. An article they latter pulled after several other media reported on it and found it was a false statement. What do you call wishing another man’s son death? Was that not hate?

Last I checked the Yoruba applauded their Oba for this. Only handfuls, ironically only those in PDP, were the only ones who disapproved of the oba’s speech. Infact, the second that video was put on NL, the Yoruba on NL applaud and approved of his message

Where was Joe Yorubakwe and APC erats when a Yoruba doctor asked for the slaughter of Igbo and even pathetically claimed SA xenophobic attack, which included Yoruba, were specifically Igbo

https://www.quicknews-africa.net/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/Massacre.jpg

Where was Joe Yorubakwe when the North slaughtered Youth coopers after GEJ win in Year 2011? What do you call that? Is that not Hate?

Where was Joe Yorubakwe when Buhari called for the killing of people if he did not win election in year 2011? Is that not Hate? Infact he did that same thing before his 2015 win.

Where was Joe Yorubakwe when Buhari stated he will kill more Igbo if it means keeping Nigeria One. What do you call that? Is that not hate?

https://www.nairaland.com/2135633/kill-more-igbos-save-country

Where was Joe Yorubakwe and APC erats when Ameachi stated that APC would run a parallel government if GEJ win. Was that not hate? Infact last I checked, that’s considered Treason.

I always laugh that PMB who overthrew an elected official and put himself in as a leader (Treason) as well as a political party which shared that they will undermine an elected president and run their own government if they lose (Treason) has the audacity to accuse Nnamdi Kanu for Treason. Isn’t that something?

Speaking of Nnamdi Kanu and IPOB; they accuse Nnamdi Kanu for hate speech but yet the Yoloba leader and the hausa leader of Nigeria pre-independent both have a video of hate speeches towards Igbo. Till date, we have yet to see ONE video or even article from ZIK who did the same for both Hausa and Yoruba. Now I ask, who really started the hate speech?

Even Nnamdi Kanu they accuse of asking for the slaughter of both Hausa and Yoruba. If we look at the evidence they claim to have of him demanding their "death", in both the videos as well as the facebook post they screenshotted, Nnamdi Kanu stated and I quote “IF any Yoruba or Hausa ask you about Radio Biafra , kill them” (FB post) and also “Nigeria would look like Somalia IF they won’t let us leave in peace” (videos). Thus, in his post he neither asked for the slaughter of Yoruba or Hausa for no reason but rather if they do anything to disrupt the peace of Biafra leaving. Now compare that to the three Yorubas I posted who asked for the slaughter of Igbo (did any of them have an “IF” in their genocidal statement?” hmm something to ponder

Now back to Nnamdi Kanu, They stated Nnamdi was born to hate Nigeria and spread hate speech to Igbo but yet in year 2012 Nnamdi Kanu was video taped in London protesting for the Nigerian government to do something about Boko Haram and save ALL Nigerians

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nS6HitcBPxQ
He started the hate? Really?

They said Radio Biafra started because of GEJ lost but yet Radio Biafra is one of the reason SE and some parts of SS rarely voted in the 2015 election thus limiting the amount of vote GEJ could have gotten. Last I checked Radio Biafra boycotted the election and told everyone of their followers to NOT vote for Buhari or GEJ. Infact, Kanu instructed people to stay home during the election.

https://s32.postimg.org/8zi3dy46t/20160712_171538.png
So can someone explain to me how anyone in their natural born mind, with an ounce of brain cells, would think a group is angry for a lost in an election THEY BOYCOTTED?

They said Radio Biafra was not active during GEJ rule and became active after PMB win yet in year 2013, Radio Biafra sent GEJ a letter asking him to DIVIDE Nigeria.
https://s31.postimg.org/51vvpryor/20160712_170934.png

Therefore Can someone explain to me where Joe Yorubakwe was throughout all this hate activities and why he all of a sudden woke up immediately after PMB is getting the same treatment APC and their rats dished out all over the media as well as social media.

Lastly can someone explain to me why APC and their rats believe the call for Biafra by IPOB started after Buhari won.
Can someone explain to me this people ignorance and hypocrisy?

See Yoruba's bile-filled hatred towards GEJ in the build up to the 2015 general elections:

ONLY A BASTARD YORUBA WILL VOTE FOR JONATHAN - Yoruba Summit

The historic Parliament Building in Ibadan was over-filled today as prominent Yoruba in all professions, princes and monarchs, governors and former governors, gathered to articulate their aspirations and minimum demands from the Federal Government.
The high point of the summit, convened by the illustrious Yoruba retired army general, Alani Akinrinade was the total support given the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, General Muhammadu Buhari.
The summiteers declared unanimously, “It is Buhari or nobody else”.
A major proponent of this declaration, the Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Samuel Odulana Odugade who was represented by High Chief Eddy Oyewole said, “On 28 March, 2015, let us vote for Buhari”.
He condemned the candidate of Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan for wasting the meager resources of the country by lavishly bribing various individuals and groups to secure their supports.

While Senator Anthony Adefuye strongly stated, “Only a bastard Yoruba will vote for Jonathan, Senator Olabiyi Durojaiye said, ‘We will vote en masse for Buhari”.
Shortly after delivering the message sent by the governorship candidate of Accord Party in the state, Senator Rasheed Ladoja that he would go the way of Yoruba people.

Senator Ayo Fasanmi declared, “At this point, we Yorubas should know where we are going. PDP is distributing money to earn wrong votes. Come May 29, we will be happy when Buhari becomes the president of the nation.

“Why would Jonathan appoint ministers two months to the end of his term if not that they want to use all means to steal what is left in the coffer; that is if anything is left? By God’s grace, I, Senator Ayo Fasanmi will vote for Buhari. May 29, Buhari will be sworn in as our president.”

National Chairman, Afenifere Renewal Group, ARG, Honourable Olawale Oshun said that considering the fact that Yoruba people have been suffering marginalisation within the Nigerian state for the past 16 years, Yorubas should vote for leaders who have its interests at heart in order to bring an end to this unacceptable state of affairs.
Oyo State Governor, Senator Abiola Ajimobi who decried the high level of maginalisation of Yoruba in the Jonathan led administration said, “We have been subject of brazen marginalization and deliberate attempt to whittle down our historical contributions to the development of Nigeria. It will interest you to note that in the wheel of power at the centre, there are only two Yoruba people. Indeed, out of the 50 most powerful men and women in the executive, legislative, judicial and even security components of power in Nigeria, there are only two Yoruba people. These are the Chief of Staff to the President, whose choice was almost an afterthought and the Accountant General of the Federation.”

Following suit, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola of State of Osun joined others in condemning Oodua Peoples Congress, OPC, for derailing from the principle of ‘omoluabi” that Yoruba is known for by collecting bribe from a desperate aspirant.

Professor Yemi Osinbajo, the Vice President Candidate of APC, in his short remarks, urged Nigerians to be patient at this trying moment assuring that things would soon change for the better when APC takes over government at the centre.

In the communique issued at the end of the summit, the main grievances of the region include: maginalisation which has attained the status of deliberate policy of the central government of Nigeria, calculated attempts to invade and subjugate Yoruba land through covert, disguised and even official policies of the Central Government, misguiding some elements in the region for their selfish reasons, decimation of entrepreneurial ambitions of Yoruba people through Federal Institutions and agencies that are supposed to be enablers and facilitators of economic development, near virtual absence of reliable and critical infrastructure of electricity, energy, and transportation which has led to the collapse of economic activities in Yoruba land, absence of proactive, concerted, and visionary leadership in Nigeria, insecurity at the level of state of emergency, and failure of the resolutions of the National Conference to resolve fundamental issues that are prerequisite to a sustainable federalism.

As a result, in the communique, they demanded for regionalism, diversification of economy, holding free, fair, credible and transparent elections as scheduled to commence on Saturday, March 28, 2015, resistance to any form of unelected government, be it Government of National Unity, Interim National Government or howsoever described, repealing of laws and policies that stifle the creativity of the people, dismantling of all pseudo-security agencies that impede peace, harass and terrorise her citizens in order to enforce pre-determined agenda that are not consistent with the wishes of the region, and removal of all bottlenecks in the way of provision of effective and efficient transportation system, electrical power, and petroleum refining infrastructure.

According to the communique, “That the effectiveness of the Federal Government of Nigeria lies on focusing on the critical issues of governance that are common to all components, like defence, national security, foreign affairs, currency and exchange rate, etc, while all other socio-economic responsibilities, especially that of resource control, devolve to the federating units. Yoruba must pursue their destiny in line with the development priorities and ambitions of her people. The creation of a structural environment for effective devolution of powers to the country’s constituent units as a strategic development is imperative. Yoruba people will not hesitate to take our destiny in our own hands in the event of any attempt to compromise our democratic existence.”

Dignitaries at the occasion include: Governor Abiola Ajimobi of Oyo State, and his deputy, Chief Moses Adeyemo, former governors including: Dr. Kayode Fayemi and Otunba Niyi Adebayo of Ekiti State, Prince Olagunsoye Oyinlola of State of Osun, former Military Governor of the Mid-West State, Samuel Ogbemudia, former Deputy Governor of Ekiti, Modupe Adelabu, Professor Albert Olawale, former Vice Chancellor of Obafemi Awolowo University, OAU, Professor Wale Omole, and his Ekiti State University counterpart, Professor Akin Oyebode, Professor John Ayoade, Senator Babafemi Ojudu, Senator Olabiyi Durojaiye, Senator Bayo Salami, Senator James Kolawole, , The Managing Director of The News Magazine, Bayo Onanuga, President of the Central Council of Ibadan Indigenes, CCII, Ambassador Olu Sanu, Adeniyi Akintola, SAN, prominent monarchs in the region including: Soun of Ogbomosho, Oba Jimoh Oladunni Oyewumi Ajagungbade III, Oba Adeniyi Sonariwo, Akarigbo Remo, Oba Kolawole Sowemimo of Owode-Egba, Asheyin of Iseyin, Oba Ganiyu Adekunle Ologunebi, and Eleruwa of Eruwa, Oba Samuel Adegbola.

Igbos are not political saboteurs like the Yorubas who are mendacious and notoriously known for making a living out of lies, falsehood, noise-making, propaganda, abuse and slurs.

Yorubas and their elites spearheaded the campaigns of calumny and insults that earned GEJ the most insulted president ever in history.

Indeed, virtually every Yoruba person is blinded by hypocrisy and delusion. Just last Saturday, July 10, 2016, a Yoruba woman was dismembered by Northern islamists for preaching in Abuja and yet the deluded people are nowhere to be found on NL creating endless threads to register their anger.

To the hypocritical Yorubas, the Hausa-Fulanis are peaceful and accommodative and thus have no problem; they can kidnap, kill, maim, destroy and ravage Yorubaland and as much as they like.
Yorubas are more concerned about the Igbo people seeking self-determination peacefully than a group of islamic fanatics butchering and slaughtering people under the guise of religion even without provocation.

Many Igbos have decided to have a separate existence from confused hypocrites and parasites parading as One-Nigerianists.

So, if Igbos don't want to be with you any longer, then you have no business being with them. Yorubas need not shout it into Igbos heads to understand for them to share a country with you and your cotravellers.
We are totally different in many ways and have nothing in common. Go sort yourselves out and let others be.

No one has got the moral right to impose on another his/her self-centred way of reasoning.

Leave Igbos alone and face OduaArewanistan republic.

Sorry, who's Maxwell Adeyemi? I don't know him.
FYI, I agree Yoruba still have works to do but Igbo must stop that nonsense of thinking he's has anything to offer Yoruba. We've offered Igbos every thing all their lives and we're still offering them.
Even their illustrious son, Willie Obiano resided in Gbagada, Lagos state, for the greatest part of his formative life, yet his brothers will be making mouth as if they're one know-it-all people.
Smh, Igbo's are just damn paranoid.
I feel your eternal pains and grief, especially in the last one year that you've running amok on NL with your causeless curses on Igbos and NK/IPOB for daring to seek a separate existence from Yorubas.

Yorubas who are barely existing have no good thing to offer Igbos.

FYI, IGBOS DON'T NEED YORUBAS AND THEIR COTRAVELLERS TO SURVIVE. IGBOS ARE NOT INTERESTED IN SHARING A COUNTRY WITH YOU HYPOCRITES.

Stop whining, weeping and wailing profusely on NL at the mere mention of Biaf... or NK. It's sickening already.

IPOB are in no way peaceful to a Yoruba man perception. A body that openly incite against Yorubas can never be peaceful.
Pastor Adeboye has gone to visit the man who lost his wife to the miscreants. I personally campaigned against such murderous act on my Facebook. Just because we do not shout against Hausa but against the miscreants of Hausa extraction does not mean we're feeble. Its foolish to do that. There have been arrests in connection with that evil act. Yoruba's are not a set of "weaklings" who shout but have no result like the Igbos.
In history, whenever we lead an onslaught, we always ended up winning, because we are deliberate in our choice. Kindly remind me when Igbo has been able to achieve such a feat than make a noise and chest beat on social media.

Igbos desire to have a separate existence from greedy, treasury looters cum murderous parasites and they're working towards it.

The man who can stand face-to-face with the enemy and boldly air his views is no mean man. He's no coward that had the guts to secede, not once but twice.
Surely, there are many cowards and traitors in Nigeria; the Yorubas are premiere.

There is virtually no other ethnic group or region in Nigeria with as much guts as the Igbos, not even the loudmouthed Yorubas that claimed they had a phantom empire in pre-colonial times.

Chest-pounder, I quite understand Yoruba fears as your only hope of survival is crumbling right before you. Indeed the serpent head is severely bruised already. There's no remedy.

I feel your pain that at the mere mention of Biaf... or NK cold shiver travel down the spines of naysayers and foes.

Jerry Gana who attended the 17th anniversary of Igbo Youth Movement, June 2016; called on Muhammadu Buhari to release the leader of indigenous people of Biafr* who has done nothing but called for the restoration of Biafr*. Gana argued that Nnamdi Kanu has right to call for self-determination and believing that his arrest was uncalled for, a mistake that must be corrected. He was more concerned about the circumstance that led to Nnamdi Kanu's agitation than the agitation itself.

However, he stated that Nnamdi Kanu is only responding to Nigerian as a failed state that worsened under Buhari. Nnamdi Kanu is the spark plug for Biafr* restoration and arresting him was stoking the flame of Biafr* that has left Nigeria bleeding since last year. He argued that had true federalism been implemented, Nnamdi Kanu’s agitation would not gain the 100% backing and support it has today.
“Release Nnamdi Kanu and restructure Nigeria which is the only solution” he said while responding to questions. He was filled with smile and expressed satisfaction that despite being in prison, Nnamdi still command respect. He was one of those that clapped and smiled when Nnamdi Kanu’s award was announced...

I no longer spend the N20 note in Nigeria. These were not heroes. Ojukwu was the real hero we were told to hate. It took years for me to know that. My father was the only Yoruba leader at his funeral. Those yoruba youth who say they saw Tinubu there were hallucinating. Both Taiwo and MM ordered Nigerian Army into Asaba and killed 700 innocent civilan men, raped their wives, daughters and ruined the town. Google Asaba massacres on Wikipedia. U are on your internet. We as Yoruba youth were brainwashed into seeing them as HEROES. Today's youth must be told the truth. History is no longer in schools. It must be told. Is Joe Igbokwe also not pointing to similar issues in Igbo and you all are running amok on him already?
The Truth is; Igbo is still in his own bondage and needs to deliver himself before he considers liberating the black race! The worst part is that, his bondage might never be broken as he has perpetually live in self-denial. He has blamed all but himself for his misery. He also thinks he's more better than any other tribe in Nigeria while only excelling in personal endeavors rather than corporate endeavors. To him, a personal success mean he must be it, while not knowing that a corporate success is superior.
And its better we ask: why does he labor that much? The answer is: because of money! Not legacy or any of such. But, personal aggrandizement. Yoruba's does not hate Igbo. He has never attacked or kill his people. He has gave him the opportunity to excel. Igbo just have one key problem: paranoia.
It's baffling how Yorubas who are too confused to ever stand for something good in life would be grandstanding carelessly against the Igbo Nation - their eternal nemesis.

Find the article by Waheed B. on HOW YORUBA TRADITIONAL RULERS CONNIVED WITH ABACHA TO ROB MKO ABIOLA OF HIS MANDATE. Explain to your readership how Yorubas are synonymous with greed, selfishness, bile-filled hatred, wickedness and treachery.

Are you minding the senseless Yoruba bigots and their cotravellers who make a living out of lies, falsehood, noise-making, propaganda, abuse and slurs?

See Yoruba bile-filled hatred towards GEJ in the build up to the 2015 general elections:

ONLY A BASTARD YORUBA WILL VOTE FOR JONATHAN
