Fine goal from the Morrocans. They’ve been great. Putting every foot right. It’s paid off. |
Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by AkinDS: 6:33pm On Nov 06, 2021 |
0-1 ASFAR. Demehin error there. Kept them offside and got turned around by the Morrocan captain. This team has had too many changes which has disrupted the flow. Not as good as the team that played in the WAFU B CL qualifiers. This is what happens when you 'overhaul' a team, as Okon and Morufu (or whatever his name is) have advocated for the Falcons. |

Gift Monday, Nwabuoku and Ikekhua have been poor. Even Ezenagu hasn't done a damn thing. |
Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by Pidginwhisper: 6:37pm On Nov 06, 2021 |
They’re being out muscled and dominated in every department. Even their shots are weak like the ball is heavy. |

Ok I don't trust this keeper |

Best player so far for RA...Debbie Abiodun by a country mile! Okon has messed up this team. Not impressed at all with his footballing intelligence. Far too many personnel changes that has pretty destroyed the flow of the team. |
Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by AkinDS: 6:56pm On Nov 06, 2021 |
Needs to replace old low energy mama Nwabuoku and bring in Damilola Koku. They are being overrun in the midfield and Abiodun is doing extra coverage and picking up the slack. The Ikekua girl upfront has been poor - same also for Gift Monday who has been completely missing in action. Why Vivian Ikechukwu is on the bench is beyond me? This Okon is like any other Naija coach - lacking in tactical and strategic intellect. Pidginwhisper: |

Old mama just elbowed the Morrocan #18. Totally unnecessary. Could easily have gotten a red card there - was lucky it was just a yellow. Dumb! |

62nd min. Vivian Ikechukwu comes in. |

Omo see dusting from that Morrocan. She cleared the defence. Fantastic goal |
Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by AkinDS: 7:33pm On Nov 06, 2021 |
Men!!!! The Morrocan captain Saana Masoudi (#18), who scored the first goal, just scored a brilliant second. Took Demehin to school, big time. Dribbled past the two central defenders, turning them inside out several times before scoring. Brilliant goal. Goal of the tournament for me. |

Na to just stand up and applaud that goal. Brilliant. Nothing more to add. Pidginwhisper: |

AkinDS:This is funny asf… had to record and watch over and over again. Shey na the Nigerian champion being pieces like this. |

Another one. |
Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by AkinDS: 7:42pm On Nov 06, 2021 |
Hattrick from Saana Masoudi. 3-zip. This Rivers Angels team is extremely poor and a direct reflection of the coach. Very, very poor team. All gra-gra, no footballing intelligence. |

Reality check... Nigerian female football is overrated... At least, now we know the level we belong. No more standing toe to toe with other African countries, yes u heard me right..."AFRICAN COUNTRIES"....WE ARE OFFICIALLY WAY BELOW OTHER AFRICAN COUNTRIES IN FEMALE FOOTBALL.... |
Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by BOOOMNAIJA: 7:52pm On Nov 06, 2021 |
All those rivers angels girls are dumb....big eba, no sense...all of them. |
Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by AkinDS: 7:52pm On Nov 06, 2021 |
Why is it shocking? Our girls did not deserve to win this match. They clearly came out second best when it came to footballing intelligence. The better team won by far. The bright spot for me was Debbie Abiodun who played well but was undone by the foolish team selection and poor tactics by Edwin Okon. BascoVanVeli: |

Administrative issues.

Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by AkinDS: 7:55pm On Nov 06, 2021 |
Why are you abusing them? Wasn't it someone who selected them and coached them? That is where the blame should lie. A team is a reflection of the coaches philosophy. Edwin Okon is the unintelligent one here. Also, apparently, the girls arrived in Cairo late last night. Seriously Very poor planning on the part of the NFF. BOOOMNAIJA: |
Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by BOOOMNAIJA: 7:58pm On Nov 06, 2021 |
AkinDS: Guy leave that matter and free d coach abeg. Those girls are dumb, simple!...same with d super Falcons....gone are d good days...Nigerian female football cannot even stand toe to toe with Kenyan or Malawi girls again....if they face South Africa, Ghana or Cameroon..na death straight. |

ASFAR Club might be the best team in the competition. They have the largest number of national team players and we are not talking about bench warmers here. The stars of the team |

Schemerkhiz: The person is talking nonsense. Sanaa Mssoudy is a starter on the Moroccan national team she is not just another fat player or whatever the guy called her. Those goals had class written over them. Sometimes people should learn to give credit and move on. 1 Like |

Another player who featured in the Aisha Buhari Cup. Rose Bella of Cameroon. For me was their best player.
