Are we really serious and ready for this tournament? Countries like RSA, Morocco, Cameroon even Senegal have been preparing with friendly games but some of our players are not even in camp. May God help us

If you looked at the totality and quality of our preparations over the past 12 or so months, it by far exceeds that of ANY other team on the continent.

The pre-tournament preps now should be low impact, which is what Randy is doing now.

No need for friendlies - they are not going to prove anything that he doesn’t already know.

Why no friendly games
They are the best in Africa, a friendly against them selves will be more effective.

Ayinde is pretty fit now. She has been playing, Starting and coming from the bench for their league games this seasons… Even if she doesn’t play 90minutes for us. She can as well have good game time.

Certainly there's no Friendly game for the Superfalcons prior to the AWCON..

Except there's a late Changes...

All teams are expected to name a minimum of 23 players and maximum of 28players thats with the additional 5 standby players..

My good man Schemerhkiz. Lately, I have been around oooo... Just been busy on twitter and on the Super Eagles thread covering that side of our football.

But I am pleased to see you and the others have kept this Super Falcons thread going since then. Awesome ride, you guys.

It's time to go win another Wafcon title. Should be our 12th if we count from 1991 but some will say it will be our la decima counting from 98.

Either ways, here we go!!! cool

Yes they have a Sound Coach, one of the best in the Women’s game. He’s a French League and a Champions league wining Coach… We should expect a lot from them but there’s no way they would be able to contend with the Falcons Physically and experience wise we’re far far ahead.. Considering players quality no team comes close…

Falcons just need to be Compact and tactically exceptional..

Bayelsa Queens Chairman Commends Governor Diri.

Chairman Bayelsa Queens Football club, Pastor Robin Angonimi Apreala has heap praises to Governor Douye Diri and his deputy Lawrence Ewhurudjkpo for fulfilling the promise of relocating the team to a befitten new camp in a serene environment.

Pastor Apreala stated this in an interview with journalists in his office in Yenagoa, after the team moved into their new camp.

According to Apreala, the encouragement given to the team will spur the girls to put in their best as they are preparing to go into the continent and that the welfare package of the Prosperity Government has improved the team tremendously.

The amassoma born sports administrator also expressed satisfaction with the managerial dexterity of Governor Diri, his deputy Lawrence Ewhurudjkpo and the Commissioner for Youth and Sports Development, Baraladei Daniel Igali, for how they have been able to provide all Bayelsa Queens FC needs to do well.

The soft spoken pastor prays God to continue to empower the Prosperity Government to take sports, especially women football to its desired destination as it has given employment to the Nigeria girl child.
