How could you charge me 30% commission on the sale of a domain and then tell me that selling it at any other marketplace is in direct violation of terms. I have a pending approval but I'm thinking of rejecting it. If I accept, it will be my 3rd seller domain that is live on their platform.

From what I see, the domain name is available for registration
If it was recently deleted from a marketplace, personally, I wouldn't touch it. Most likely a Domainer struggled with the name without a sale
