I'm very image conscious but that being said, If she told me about it from the onset, I'd ask her to provide info on who and who she knows might be in possession of such videos, and I'd work out a way of paying them off to destroy the video with the guarantee that if it ever surfaces again, they should consider themselves dead men. If they later on in future go ahead to release same, I'd painfully deal with the embarrassment and go on with life.
