Harbeeorlar:
The issue is i met my fiancé little over a year, when we met she had a very clean smooth face every woman will pray for but after few months her face is gathering pimples and within a short time her face become rough. She made different consultations, tried different face cleansers but to no avail.

There was a day she said something that baffles me and got me thinking. She said "she noticed her face start getting rough when we start making love." We laugh it over but i reminisce over what she said and i could remember the same happened to my ex. My ex nurse pimple throughout our time together.

And apparently, there is actually a lady i met before i met fiancé, she is dark and lovely with a very smooth face, we had series of sex before she later travelled. After some month when i later she her, her face is full of pimples.

My question now is, can it actually be that my intercourse with them is causing this? If yes, whats the cure to it from my own side and how can my fiancé's face be treated.

Meanwhile my face remain clear and smooth all the while, if i have a pimple at all its actually because i changed cosmetics or too weak to bathe at night.

Please help a brother cos this is disturbing me and its a concern for her as well. She has spent a lot trying to get her clean smooth face back. Thanks
Indeed I have had one or two patients like that, likely your sperm invokes an antigenic response in the body of your partner. In extremes, if she happens to take in, the pregnancy doesn't last beyong a month or two.
Do you know your blood group? You may also need to do a semen analysis do we can know specifically what triggers all the pimples ish.

please what can I do or what is it; am always having a itching side of private part (male ) closer to my legs. medical personnel pls advice. have not been involved in sex before but it does itch me always.
It boils down to personal hygiene and the availability of fresh air down there. The condition is called 'Jock itch', Tinea Cruris. You would need a course of antifungals while also making lifestyle adjustments as I pointed out earlier.
It would be helpful if you could also look up the condition I mentioned, to get urself more informed.

Well done to all doctors in the house. Please i need help for my husband. He is having weak erection and is unable to sustain an erection. I started observing this about a month ago and he has refused to talk about it (ego/pride). Coupled with this, we are trying to conceive. We treated infection two months ago and did another test for confirmation which came back clear. He has also refused to carry out seminal fluid analysis. I have discussed in the most respectful of ways all to no avail. I bought wellman conception and maca (now product) for him and he started taking it on Friday 22nd. Though i haven't seen any significant change yet, please what other drug/supplement should i get for him? Apart from drug/supplements, is there any fruit/diet he should change to. I'm just really feeling for him and its affecting our marriage coupled with TTC wahala. Please help!

I think your husband needs insight into his problem. A weak erection is an embarrassment to any man, and the possible causes are wide ranging.
First things first: Could it be at he has a systemic ish? Diabetes, Hypertension, Liver ish, kidney ish, thyroid ish are the major culprits here.
Next , psychology has to be looked at. And that's one monster of a problem.
Lifestyle: that's another culprit, as the saying goes, "you're what you eat". Stuffs like stimulants, alcohols, etc can play a role here.
So my friend, you see that this issue is as wide and ambiguous as it can be, prescribing a drug just like that would be akin to aiming the bull's eye from a hundred yards.
I think he has to acknowledge that he needs help and then visit the hospital for an evaluation.
PS: if you need a drug, well I usually prescribe MANIX capsules for my patients whose erectile problems are organic. As with other meds in the same category, such treatments require patience as it could take upward of a month to achieve significant results.
For quick fixes, then the blue pill is the way out, but ofcus, that too has its draw backs

First I should ask you, did you do malaria tests before and after using these drugs?
Go to a lab, ask to do malaria test (microscopy), show me the result and I would prescribe a drug for you that is sure to work.
By the way, what symptoms to you experience that makes you think it is malaria?

Is your husband diabetic or has an underlying medical conditions?
What infection was treated? Was he the only person treated?
When you say sustain an erection, how long is not long enough?
Are you aware if he ever engaged in masturbation or still masturbates?
This erectile dysfunction, is it a recent onset?

Babes, I'm not a doctor but I know TTC could be daunting on both parties. I think you two should just take time out from it...as in sexx break. Let him eat well, stay away from infections, drink a lot of water, etc. In this time, agree on the no sexx but bring on the wicked sexxy. Nice underwear/no wears, just kisses, big smiles , etc...but leave his bigguy alone. Just prepare his brain for a rebound. May God bless you with lovely kids.

Re: Doctor in the House: Free Medical Advice Available by Nobody: 4:40pm On Sep 30, 2017
Your husband really needs to see a GP for a proper evaluation & physical exam.

I cannot simply tell ya which drug to prescribe or what is wrong w/o knowing his entire history.

Cause of his ED can be psychological (if he is younger), medical (disease states), neurological (diabetes esp.), and hormonal (low testosterone).

If you need further help on this, do use a PM button. I live in US, so I am not after your money etc.

Regarding TTC, figure out cause for ED, treat first, then tackle TTC concerns.

Good luck.

You cannot just give drugs to cover the root cause of pain/ache.

You should go back to the dentist (if you can afford it) and figure out why toothache.

The worst case is you have developing dental infection or abscess that can turn really bad quickly.

You may not have a choice but to pull out the teeth, otherwise, you will keep taking pain pills.

For over the counter pain relief, just get analgesics like Tylenol, Ibuprofen, oragel.

For inexpensive home natural remedies, just use google. I hear garlic helps.

Good luck

Yes, i did a test before and after the treatment. After the treatment i normally go to the lab to check again if i still have the symptoms. In most cases mp will still be present. My last experience dr gave me paluta injection 2doses daily for 3days,when i completed the injections the symptoms subsided for days but after like 5days the feeling started over, i repeated the mp text and they confirmed mp +. I revisited my dr again and he gave me immunace together with artisunate and amodioquine combination.
That was able to clear the mp and i became fine.
Am beginning to notice that the antimalaria drugs works better on me when combine with immunace for like 15days. i have used it again like that and it works well. my sickness is malaria maybe cos am a+. am 40yrs now

the normal symptoms are; headache, body pains, tiredness, dry cough, feeling cool etc. Have done other tests like; pb,fbs, sugar level, thyfoid, hiv, urine culture, ecg etc All are fine except mp +. Presently am better now but i ask in case of another time cos malaria is a normal sickness in nigeria. pls dr is it good to take antimalaria with immunace?

Immunance is what we can call a placebo. If your malaria treatment works better with it, then fine, stick with it.

The pain you are presently experiencing, is it from the same site?
The best remedy for a benign and persistent toothache, unfortunately is extraction.
Get rid of the tooth & the pain. Don't worry about the need to eat meat, fish is also available after extraction.....

If a nail is digging and causing pain, massaging with bonjela might provide temporary relief.

The only overall solution is, removing the offending nail.......
