Guys, I've recently bought this minibus to be shipped into Nigeria. What's the best way of making daily income on it. Any wisdom shared will be immensely appreciated.
If you cannot use it for transportation, or supplying goods, this might help you.

pressure wash and vacuum cleaning. Many Nigerian homes needs this.. compounds needs to be pressure washed due to the mold, spyrogira or algae in their premises.

Vacuum of sofa and couches to remove dirts from surfaces.

I hope that these concrete roads will later be coated with asphalt because left like that, they will damage the tyres of cars.
bro, there are advanced countries using concrete roads which does not destroy their tyre. Concrete road is good for our Africa where we know we lack the maintenance. A good concrete road should last for 10 to 15years unlike asphalt which last for 2 to 3 years.

Thanks.

FoodRe: Update On The Kerosene-like Smelling Beans by 360command: 12:47pm On Jan 22
DeclanR:
https://www.nairaland.com/8603607/beans-smelling-like-theres-kerosene

Further to the above link, I decided against eating same beans yesterday.

I was in a rush trying to make that post yesterday, as a result, some details were left out.
— I bought two Mudus of Milk Beans. I had earlier bought two Mudus of Honey beans, but when I got home to cook the honey beans, I noticed it had no taste at all. The Beans is so Neat and clean, but no taste.
— As a result of its lack of taste, I decided to buy the milk beans. Believe me I hadn't heard of these names(Honey and milk beans) until Monday last week.
— While I was picking and winnowing the Milk Beans yesterday, there was no smell. But as soon as I began to cook it, the smell began to erupt. I washed it with cold water four times before parboiling. After Parboiling, i still washed it like five times, still the smell didn't go away..
— I ran to a male neighbour of mine and ask him if he had had such experience with beans, he said no. He advised I threw them away.
I ran to an old woman within the neighbourhood, she said I could eat it. She even tested it. But I said I won't eat.
I threw the parboiled ones away.
I returned the remaining ones to the woman who sold to me. She didn't give me back my money and I didn't want to start dragging with her. Though she promised to do so later.

Please do not care less about your Health. Prevention is better than Cure.

A lot of food items have been adulterated in today's market. Everybody wants to make quick quick money at the expense of the other. Eating banana and plantain now is also risky, even Fufu(Akpu), Palm oil.

The situation is really bad.
You would have contacted nafdac so that they can collect samples and run a test. If substance found on it, she would be arrested and prosecuted.

How many jobs have you ever created? grin

Talk is cheap. It takes audacious politicians to stay in office, create jobs and grow the business.

This is not something these regular politicians can do. That's why they keep telling Nigerians that government doesn't run businesses.
I run a cornstarch industry, I also do logistics of cornstarch to industries in need for it. I do importation of tiles . I am embarking on a renewable energy plant setup which requires govt private partnership.
Talk is not cheap. Travel the world and see what govt does.. our east African neighbors produces tea and diary produce, govt are into the cultivation of tea down to the final stage.
In Coted'Voire, their govt are into cocoa, plantain cultivation down to the finish stage. These are municipal or constituent project , not a federal level.

It can be done; it is mismanagement that is destroying us .

Employment form where exactly?

You people must think that creating jobs is easy
yes it is easy.. from land to manufacturing to service industry.

Imagine if govt is able to cultivate cassava or yam etc and having people employ in it.
Imagine if govt is able to have a food processing plant turning that cassava or yam to flour or something else.that is another employment.
Imagine if govt is to provide a warehouse where tailors and seamstress can sew , craft, shoe making, etc
All these employees are part of govt workforce, they have tax ID, pension, this will help the community, state and federal level..

..it's because the tournament is disrupting club football .. African players have to leave their clubs to play in the nation cup and clubs are complaining ..and some top clubs do not want to sign African players because of nations cup played during when club football is still going on
that is what substitute her made. If osimhen leaves for a short time, icardi becomes the main man. Besides, it is not only 1 club every african players are in. It is spread around. The same african players you disrespect as well as the afcon, now you want to set rules by telling them when the afcon should be played. Let it make sense.

Namibia , specks English, high quality of life, agriculture or commerce is ok, have whites and blacks, so easy to assimilate into the culture. 1000 Namibia dollars is equal to 86k in naira. 3rd safest country in Africa. Reach there, find one oyibo white girl marry and enjoy your life, visit Nigeria once in a while and run back
Namibia is no doubt a peaceful country but it is known for its tourism; Germans visits the country especially. Low population; most of the inhabitants are in northern Namibia, Central and western Namibia, the rest of the country is desert.
The white Namibians you referred to are mostly farmers and not much is expected of them like you put it to be. I am guessing you are referring to white tourist.
Namibia grows little of their food but they rely mostly on south africa grocery supply and in terms of natural food, they get it from angola.
Hustle in namibia, not much is expected. Except you want to go through Angola, bring in goods and sell in Namibia. They have a good health care industry..
In all, I see the country to be a place for retirement.. africa is a Virgin land, you can find a Hustle but they have a low population..

I heard the people are nice to Nigerians
they have a good music industry. They have light off issues all over zambia. Despite its resources, it is the poorest country in the south african region. There isn't jobs for people. They love to study nursing or health related courses..
I would not advice anyone to go there..

I disagree with the figure. My Ghanaian diplomat friend who works in Ghana embassy in Washington earns more than what they are paying Nigerian ambassadors or diplomat.. he lives in Maryland where houses are cheap compared to Washington which the embassy or Ghana govt pays about 4500 dollars per month( he has a family) Keep in mind that they give them a car and a chauffeur. The pay they get is higher than what oseni is saying..

Saturnalia:
I do not understand why the Nigerian Government cannot procure more Military equipment from Russia aside the MI-35 Gunships which Buhari procured.

Nigeria needs sophisticated weaponry from Russia just like Algeria and Egypt are doing.

We need S-400 Air Defense Systems, T90 Tanks, BMPT-90 Terminators, TOS-1A Artillery platforms, BM-30 Smerch, PANTSIR-S1, ISKANDER-E, MIG-29s, SU-35,

Goddamnit! Nigeria is practically defenseless.

The Nigerian Government must understand that preparing for war is the best way of securing peace.
what you should be talking about is for the govt to remove tribalism in our military and engage in research programs which we could build our own.

It is not rocket science even if we are to import the materials now and use their blueprint to assemble it.. and in future, build our own from scratch.

Eastern region was grossly ill prepared for the war and under estimated the ability of the federal government to engage British and Soviet government to their side, ensuring regular supply of high- calibre munition. But Ojukwu was busy sending young men to battle field with three rounds of ammunition rifles, den guns and "cock and shoot" rifles to face people, armed to the teeth with the latest AK 47, backed by MiG fighter jets, the most sophisticated jet of that era. Sometimes, I wished that Majors Ifeajuna and Victor Banjo had succeeded in their internal plan to overthrow Ojukwu and restarted negotiations with Lagos. You don't fight wars with emotions, especially, when you are grossly under armed.
whether armed or no arms, planned or no plan, when the drums of war sets in, be prepared. After the fatal counter coup, killing of igbos in the north. That set the pace of war despite not been ready. So I respect their bravery on the decision they took. The nazi occupied some sections of soviet union even at the time Russia was not prepared. It was when the nazi came into Ukraine, that was the wake up call for stallin to mobilize his men and they started making artillery, tanks etc before they had the boost to face nazi in Ukraine.

This thought came into my mind before I read your post. I'm yet to hear about Russia in humanitarian sector like health, it's only about war and destruction.

Seriously, let's give it to the USA because they've really tried hard in gathering sound medical professionals around the world to carry out medical research with huge fundings from the government
ofcourse, we should give it to the USA knowing very well they created the virus so they have to fund it to find cure.
