my friend, as an entrepreneur, you need govt assistance. There was a time an Italian investor who wanted to invest in palm oil business in the eastern state of Nigeria (abia), he had the money to cultivate,harvest but he needed hectares of land to do so. The govt was willing to support him but when the govt saw the number of years(6 - 8 ) for that project to benefit him and the govt, the government backed out as they may not be in power.

For this auction man here, he needs the land, maybe he can be on lease. I am not sure. But the 100million he says he has would be for logistics(tow trucks) etc.

Not all vehicles are scraps, I also explained this earlier. Police, efcc, customs etc can seize peoples vehicle and send it to the impound. Cars that are stationed on the highway and no claim for it can be towed to the impound, illegal vehicle parking on highways,compounds,markets,business districts etc can be towed. Online auction is there to reach a greater number of people and not only scrap dealers would benefit. The govt would benefit through tax, tow trucks company in demand, less traffic on the road as a result of towing stationed vehicles abandoned on the road, individuals are interested in buying used cars, mechanics are interested, panel beater(auto body collision technicians) would benefit, scrap dealers would benefit, used parts dealers would benefit.

And yes he can pick people's cars if parked illegally on places which are not designated to park your vehicles, illegal parking on the street etc.. it is because you live in a country where the system is not working. An illegal parked car somewhere, if someone is to call and the police responds,the police would call tow truck service and they will take it to the impound. If in a 1month or 3months and no one calls to check where his vehicle is, they will sell it in the auction..

And if someone comes later on to claim it, there is what we call auto bond or insurance.

I am tired of writing. That Nigerian investor sees a niche where he can tap into but he needs government assistance. The truth about this is, we auction cars in Nigeria but it is done secretly even though the govt says they make it public.

I see his ideas and there is money to make from it.

First, what he is trying to do is to gather all those cars,bikes,heavy machines etc and put it in a lot. He will also need govt support in areas like when police, efcc, seize your vehicle, you have 1 month to claim it and if you do not claim it, it will be auctioned.

Once he has the land, the cars are moved to the land, auctions will start. Mind you, scrap dealers is also a good business, there are people in need of metals from the cars, there are individuals interested in buying good cars, accidented vehicles, etc. He gets his commission, maybe 8%. Government gets their Tax sold on those cars, he also gets online auction fee .. it is a win win.

An auto junkyard business in America would require a capital of 250,000 to 300,000 dollars but the issues surrounding it is getting the land and parking those cars. Also, environmental protection act is there to cripple you. Once you are able to start,you can make a million dollars a year in profit.

I wish there is any permanent solution to this skin infection. I've been suffering from this for more than 7years. It's itchy and worsens Whenever I sweat, especially after doing some work under the sun, the infection becomes swollen a bit and I feel pains all over my body because the salt inside the sweat touches the infection. It is very painful like when someone adds salt to a fresh injury!

I recently did a skin endoscopy test and have taken the medication prescribed by the doctor twice but all to no avail. In the past I took so many drugs and rubbed so many antibacterial cream including funbact A but the infection persisted, right now I am feeling heat and can't sleep because of the itch. the sickness is called cholinergic urticaria. There is no cure for it but there are temporary solutions to it.

Cholinergic urticaria can come in 2 forms: cold and hot urticaria. What you have is hot urticaria.

To be honest with you, everyone body is different as to how they react to certain medications, creams and steroids. You have to understand your body. But I know antibiotics won't work.

You have to go traditional. One western medication that is effective is zolair shots. But like I said, it works for some people, some people can be temporary.

Another therapeutic medication that works is if you sweat and go beyond the sweat. This is called sweat therapy. To some people, when they sweat and the itching comes alive, they stop what they do. But I am saying , continue with what you do, continue exercising until finally that itch will stop. And when it stops, continue that routine daily and it will heal.

I understand perfectly on what you are saying. But in most cases I have heard, they plea guilty and eventually given 5 to 10years despite how much they stole from victims. No be today I hear about 13 victims but in the end, it seems they get lesser sentence.

I just had a nasty experience at the Indian consulate in Ho Chi Minh City.

Here is the entire story:

On Friday, I went to the Indian consulate in HCMC to apply for one month tourist visa, after booking online the previous night. On getting to the consulate, the lady at the reception took my documents inside and after a while, returned to tell me that my visa has been granted in principle. That i have been issued with a single entry visa. However, I must pay 6.3000,000.00 VND about $250. I was shocked when I heard this because I already paid the agent that booked the appointment $100 thinking it included visa fees. They said it was because I’m a Nigerian and we are charged higher. Nevertheless, I decided to go ahead and pay the amount to save myself further stress. But the lady again, insisted I must pay cash.

I called a Vietnamese lady who accompanied me and she helped provide the balance because I had only 3+ million VND with me.

After paying, they collected my passport, Vietnamese visa and then conducted biometrics on me. Then I left.

This morning, I received a call from the consulate that I have to pay another 8 million VND otherwise my visa would not be issued to me. I was shocked and I told them that I can't pay a dime again. They either issue my visa or refund my money. The lady agreed that I should come and get the refund. However, on getting to the consulate, they refused to give me the refund. That it was a new policy. Eventually, I left with my passport. No visa! no $250!

I'm currently feeling robbed and dehumanized. I don't know how to go about this to seek justice.

Pls can anyone help me with advise or pro bono services because I believe I have a good case and such inhuman acts shouldn't be allowed.
