Step 1: Visit www.blogger.com
Step 2: Click on create blog
step 3: it will ask you to log in to your gmail account to continue. Log in to your gmail as requested.
step 4: After successful login to your gmail account, you will be asked to create a google+ account, so click on create profile and click on save. It will then ask you to continue to blogger, click continue.

Please note where I bolded in that html text. you will replace the bolded with your affiliate link. see mine for example in the picture below (my affiliate link (http://papyjoey.50secrets.?tid=bl) . So get your affiliate link and replace that bolded text in the html text above with your affiliate link and click 'on save theme'

You can text it by clicking on 'view blog' by the left hand side.

One more thing you need to make it compatible with mobile.

Just click on theme again at the left-hand-side, it will display message like 'live on blog and Mobile option.
Click on the settings icon below the mobile option and it will display the last picture asking you to either show mobile theme or desktop theme, so select ('No', show desktop theme on mobile devices)
Then click on save.

That all.
The link can be posted directly on your page without facebook blocking it. But don't spam with it.
