The factors obtainable in Lagos does not exist in Ebonyi.
Show me Hausa men that has established chains of businesses, properties in Ebonyi like the Igbos (the average Hausa doesn't invest in Igbo land) and the yoruba hardly migrate) or individuals with the pedigree that Igbos have made in Lagos.

Lagos is melting pot of Nigerians,anyone from a significant group is capable of contesting and winning.
Abakiliki is not Lagos, it will be difficult for a Hausa to contest and win especially where they are no significant hausa communities like Igbos in Ojo and Festac.
It will equally be difficult for an Igbo or Yoruba to contest and win in Maidugari because i doubt there is a large concentration of Igbos/yoruba that dominate a single area.
