I would like to know more about Manitoba Support as the information they have on their website is not adequate.
I noticed Manitoba stopped doing the Skilled Worker Overseas - Express Entry sub stream draws. I had missed it by 1 point between 2018 and 2019 (painful). So I noticed they now do draws for only those chosen under the Strategic Recruitment Initiative.

How about the Manitoba Support avenue? My first cousin is in Manitoba and we share surnames in fact.
I am 31 years old and I have over 5 years experience in the same NOC. My ielts is L-7.5,R-8.5,W-6.5,S-8.5. I have a Bsc. but I have just concluded a diploma which WES is evaluating and should have been out but for this Covid-19 pandemic.
Please how can I leverage the fact that I have a cousin in Manitoba?

But with the visa denial and the ban on Nigerians
Can I migrate to Canada first and then move permanently to the USA
