nikky5:Well I don't think they would be keeping money. Though, they would not spend the money at a go but this people have shown that banditry is a way of life to them reason why you would see repentant bandits going back to banditry because that is the quicker and easiest way to make money. |
For the bandits, I think buck of their money goes to buying arms and ammunition, some would go into buying hard drugs, food and supply of prostitutes. I don't think they care about living luxurious rather they feel untouchable. |
If the government had acted fast, it wouldn't have gotten to this stage. |
Nigeria exchange rate is 417 not 700, except if you are buying from black market. Now 1$ to naira as at 2021 which the report stated was between 388-400. In their calculation, they used 399.6 which is for last year's export of 18.9 trillion while you used 700 for the same last year export of 18.9 trillion. Nigeria export for 1st quarter 2022 was N7.1 trillion (though I don't think that of Q2 has been released) which was actually an increase from N2.98 trillion it exported in 1st quarter of 2021 and an increase from N5.7 trillion it exported in Q4 of 2021. Verdict: You using today's exchange rate to calculate data from last year is not proper and just like doing wuruwuru to the answer that pleases you. I hope you guys don't come for my head. |
Government needs to encourage planting of trees and do more to curb erosion in the SE |
Biodun556:I tell you in a sane country, the three of them would have been/gone to jail. Reason why I laugh when. people call Obi a saint, It's obvious the people who are supporting him are either illiterates or blind. |
What about TETfund should their operations cover only federal uni? |
MayorOfDelta:well if you think I have not been objective, you have committed no wrong because we see life differently https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://www.blueprint.ng/the-national-honour-on-tinubu-saraki-others/&ved=2ahUKEwji5O-dqa35AhXG16QKHbbrA8QQFnoECDQQAQ&usg=AOvVaw0GInNC69RDhu8uPclGteG1 https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://www.sunnewsonline.com/tinubu-otedola-ksa-davido-headline-ylf-2021-awards/&ved=2ahUKEwji5O-dqa35AhXG16QKHbbrA8QQFnoECB4QAQ&usg=AOvVaw1r4MnBSAgDq4qCZNaj-GSQ https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://guardian.ng/saturday-magazine/bola-tinubu-beats-fashola-amaechi-to-grab-champion-of-democracy-award/&ved=2ahUKEwji5O-dqa35AhXG16QKHbbrA8QQFnoECDsQAQ&usg=AOvVaw3fP0PraM5x5-XbqyKi3DM2 https://www.google.com/search?q=awards+given+to+Tinubu+&client=ms-android-transsion&sxsrf=ALiCzsZePI1ZZE3w2ULXfVMPSVNVUewJIw%3A1659620560205&ei=0MzrYt3_C5C9sAfav4mQDg&oq=awards+given+to+Tinubu+&gs_lcp=ChNtb2JpbGUtZ3dzLXdpei1zZXJwEAMyBwgjEOoCECcyBwgjEOoCECcyBwgjEOoCECcyBwgjEOoCECcyBwgjEOoCECcyBwgjEOoCECcyBwgjEOoCECcyBwgjEOoCECcyBwgjEOoCECcyBwgjEOoCECcyBwgjEOoCECcyBwgjEOoCECcyBwgjEOoCECcyBwgjEOoCECcyBwgjEOoCECc6BwgAEEcQsANKBAhBGABQ9ilYx5kBYJqnAWgDcAF4AIABAIgBAJIBAJgBAKABAbABD8gBCMABAQ&sclient=mobile-gws-wiz-serp# |
I don't think it is an impeachable issue but it is morally wrong. The money would have gone a long way in appeasing ASSU and even by operational vehicle for our own troops. If we wanted to show that we are their big brother, we could have given them Nigerian made MRAPs and luxurious/executive vehicles. |
MayorOfDelta:If it was in Peter Obi's case God knows I would believe it because it's open for the world to see and you can also confirm by searching if he truly was given the awards. So are you saying they are false awards? I have always been objective in my comments and have no affiliation to any group or person that doesn't mean I won't speak when I notice a lie. |
https://www.bolatinubu.com/honors/ It's sad that we post lies now in other to promote our candidates. I don't like either of them but won't post lies about them. |
Start by avoiding any form of dirt. What I mean is avoid shady deals, crime, bribery etc. Then you can move into philanthropy, you might not necessarily be rich but if you can notice a problem in your community which you can fix, do that in conjunction with other youths also remember to be on the side of the masses always. This would make the youths see you as someone who cares. After gaining for popularity and have close allies within the youth, you can then contest for either Local governments election or Councilor. You might not be elected in your first trial, but if you continue to stay relevant in your community, you would later win. With this, you would be seen as the man of the people If this seems difficult, you can just join a political party and always attend there meetings. In every meeting you must be vocal and articulate, you must also bring brilliant suggestions. Also,. your social media handle must be very active with you either criticizing other political parties and praising your parties good policies. With this you would become popular in your party and would get noticed by the bigwigs. with this one you would be a party person |
I just hope you perform well if not your nephew would hear from me. |

After INEC released the data on the total amount of registered voters in Nigeria which increased from 84million to 96.2million that means INEC was able to register about 12.2m people. After analysing this facts, I became worried and realized that INEC still has a huge task ahead. Yeah, registering people was a task INEC was successful in but would they be this successful in other tasks? Registration ended on the 31 of July and INEC has said that the PVC would be available to those who newly registered and those who applied for a new PVC by October and November. This means that INEC has about 2months to print more than 12.2million PVCs. Can INEC be able to perform this task efficiently without not giving excuses later? " I am sacred because Nigeria has taught me simple things are always the hardest to fulfill". If INEC should pass the task of giving all 12.2m newly registered voters their PVC, can INEC pass the other task of conducting the election? In the 2019 election, Nigeria had 82 million registered voters but total vote cast was 28million which is about 34% of the total number of registered voters. Though, I don't have the stats on the number of people who actually went out to vote but I believe a number of people would have gone out to vote but would be discouraged after seeing the crowds and other factors. With the addition of 12.2m voters and the zeal of people to want to have their say in who leads us for the next four years I believe the number would jump from 34% to about 60%. But can INEC cope? During the 2019 elections, INEC officials allowed voters whose cards were not read by the card readers to vote by accrediting them manually then the officials are to then fill an incidence form. INEC has now abducted a new device the BVAS which is used to register, accredit, and transmit results electronically, also the new electoral law doesn't allow the issuance of incidence form meaning if the BVAS is unable to accredit you, you wouldn't be allowed to vote. During my registration, I saw people who found it difficult capturing there face and now I begin to wonder, would there be enough machines and staffs to accredit people in cases like this. For INEC to also be able to record a 60% increase in votes, INEC has to deploy enough BVAS and personal as more people would come out to vote against the 34% in the last election. It would be a thing of luck if voting ends in a day. Do you think INEC would be successful in the tasks ahead? |
OP why did you change your account or was your former account banned? |
The Nigeria police own is it the one bought by state government or federal government you would post? Abi all join? |
Godoverevery:Bros I tell you, you don't dare talk about the ills in their region. Just too bad. RIP to all of them. |
Tunasco4u:I have been saying it here just one move in the eve of this election can scatter plots made in 4 years. |
Omo Wike should calm down these demands are huge. |
I actually think a counter fact check should be carried out if the claims of the fact check are untrue. |
That is if he his in PDP. If he was in APC, the same treatment Tinubu is receiving is what you people would give him. |
ok that's good when would the construction end and can we see the ones that have been constructed? |
And people from that region aren't saying anything.
What about the media, would they say they are oblivious of this? |
Why is it that anybody not supporting Obi is abused and humiliated. The amazing part is that buck of his supporters are from a set of people who wanted Nigeria to divide and openly called Nigeria zoo. Well I know my vote is for Accord party anybody who wants to abuse me is free to but I know my conscience wouldn't prick me as I wouldn't vote for any of the three known thieves. |
Dangrace01:Thank God you called him Senate president. So how did he get to the Senate and wasn't recalled till he became the senate president. |
do4luv14:Isn't what he says Abacha said? Boko Haram attacks started during GEJ and it lasted for more then 24hrs so he sponsors Boko Haram same as the former and present governors in the Northeast. |
mustbewell:Do you think Lagos was given the license with open arms? Lagos went to look for investors before they started the project, the FG had to have a share in it because they control sea ports same as airport. State government need to look for investors to fund projects like this not waiting for FG all the time. |
Congratulations to Lagos state government. I hope they are able to manage it well, we wouldn't want another Apapa story. State governments shouldn't wait for FG to do critical infrastructure for them. |
ekaette1621:I am not forming thing but I beg to know in what event he said it and what prompted him to say it. Because I wonder how a general would say this. Is he saying Israel is sponsoring Hamas? |
Viscuz:Ok I agree with you on that. Do you agree with me too. I mean what I wrote. |
