PoliticsRe: I Played In The NBA And Peter Obi Is Right In His Statement. Fmr NBA Player by 3ple9iner: 12:04pm On Jul 27, 2022
This one self is deceiving himself, you are saying out of 150 players 100 are from Nigeria meaning USA, mexico, Canada etc are amongst the remaining 50.
ok I hear you.

I followed the NBA for sometime and I can't believe this.

And besides what he his saying is different from what Obi said.

PoliticsRe: Peter Obi's Data: "100 OUT OF 150 NBA African Players" Is Correct by 3ple9iner: 6:16am On Jul 27, 2022
You principal didn't talk about the NBA draft but the NBA it's self.
All these calculations are not necessary.

And in the NBA draft 58-60 players are selected not the 30 you are using to tweak what he said.

It is actually a shame that a person can write and defend what he said.

PoliticsRe: The Nigerian Army Is Not Capable Of Defeating Boko Haram by 3ple9iner: 8:57pm On Jul 26, 2022
epondudu:
The government have done their part, blame the generals. Nigeria as increased it's defence budget. If the generals want to end the war they will in a matter of days that is why they delibrately contain the terrorist attacks, and the army now chose when and where the terrorist will attack.
If you give your wife money for food but the food she cooks is far below the amount you give are won't you investigate were the money is going?

See the government job is not only to increase budgetary allocation but to show the political will to work.

Few years back, Boko Haram killed about 90 Chadian soldiers, the president didn't give the army money to fight them but he declared war on them with him in the battle front with is Uniform as a General they dealt with Boko Haram till the extent shekarau released a video begging the president. That is what a president should do. If the generals are not working the government has the right to sack them these are steps that political leaders should take.
PoliticsRe: The Nigerian Army Is Not Capable Of Defeating Boko Haram by 3ple9iner: 7:46pm On Jul 26, 2022
The Nigerian army is very capable of defeating the Boko Haram terrorist. The problem the Army is facing is Government unwillingness and also inward sabotage.

If the army/ air force can carry out a coordinated military action in the entire Northern Nigeria, both Boko Haram and bandits would be a story of the past. what we see now is the army has dealt with the Boko Haram in the northeast and now Boko Haram have majorly left the northeast to the northwest.

Haven't you wonder that they haven't been attack in northeast of recent?

PoliticsRe: Re: Atiku And Peter Obi Answer For Electricity by 3ple9iner: 12:44pm On Jul 26, 2022
Thanksful:
You're wrong. Siemens is not your average company. It's a German certified company, I doubt you know what that imply.

With regular power, every aspect of Nigeria development will double with little effort from the government.
Did I say Siemens is a small company?

Or didn't Peter Obi talk about human development being better than infrastructure?

Or is Egypt and Nigeria the same culturally, politically, ethnically.

Yes Siemen is a big company but you shouldn't expect the same approach they used in Egypt in Nigeria.

PoliticsRe: Re: Atiku And Peter Obi Answer For Electricity by 3ple9iner: 11:10am On Jul 26, 2022
You just tried to tweak everything to sooth you.
This same Peter Obi was saying human development is better than infrastructure and now his solution is inviting foreigners to fix our power.

I have been reading his speeches and what he says is what people like to hear not necessarily the solution.

You can't compare the work Siemens did in Egypt and what it would do in Nigeria because this two countries are apart.

Lol. Atiku knows this and couldn't advice Buhari on what to do? Abi Nigeria no concern am ? Oh!! He was VP o. He was VP, couldn't he have done it then?

E reach now, you are telling us how to fix the power sector . All these years , you have no idea, power and influence to fix it abi? You are aspiring for Prisidency and ideas start streaming in. Weldone. Over the years, aspirants have come up with great, meticulous, superb ways of fixing Nigeria but they never do when they get there . We aren't falling for such again and again.

I will rather vote a truthfull person who we can relate to and with . The person who a large number of people are rallying for. That way, when he fails, this same people will be ready to admonish and hold him responsible and even put him on check.

The other candidates seem like they are untouchable, they can go away with whatever . Does Buhari listen to us?
Who is this person you are talking about? I hope it's not Obi?
Remember he was also an adviser to GEJ but didn't give him advise on how to improve our power.

You don't even need to reference any educational material to convince us about Nigeria's abysmally low IQ. It's only a country with extremely low IQ that will vote for Buhari twice.

It's also a country with terribly low IQ will also allow a criminal and drug dealer like BAT to be on ballot talk more of considering to vote for him.
You are right and it is a person with a low IQ that would listen to someone who would berate the government over ASSU strike when as a governor ASSU and doctors went on strike.

How do you want it to be?
Don't get me wrong, I am not against the amount they pay or whatever but I am against you saying he built a school for the masses. That school clear is not a school for the masses in today's Nigeria.

NaijaCowFarm:
Peter Obi - As you have said, you have no knowledge of his performance in Anambra. I would like to tell you that Peter Obi as governor of Anambra did better than Tinubu as Lagos state governor. Many people do not know that Fashola and Ambode were the real architects of improved roads in Lagos. Tinubu only tarred a few roads as governor for 8 years. I remember Bode Thomas in Surulere and Tinubu square area. that said, Obi has only been accused of having money discovered in the Pandora papers. Funny thing is that on the same Pandora papers, Tiinubu's cousin and governor of Osun were also named and nobody has said a word about it. Oyetola is known to have been a front for Tinubu even in Alpha-Beta. Peter Obi may not be a saint, but in this crowd of presidential candidates, he stands out. I was initially disappointed that his arrangement with Kwankwaso did not work out, but with Datti Ahmed, I think we have a great team.
Associating Peter Obi with ipob is senseless if I may say, my apologies, but let me tell you why. Why do we have ipob and why did they become what they are today? Nigeria fought a civil war in 1967 - 1970. The Igbos did not actually start any war, but the rest of Nigeria decided to annihilate a people for the sins of a few coupists. Have you ever checked the tribes of the coupists of 1966? Please, check. For the civil war, Nigeria denied the Igbos power for 70 years. Tell me that this is fair. Those who fought the civil war, a generation ago are all gone, yet we still subject their children to hates that are unfounded? You, at your age, sees Obi as an ipob supporter. How about calling Shettima a supporter of Boko Haram or calling Tinubu a supporter of Yoruba nation agitators. That is unfair and I do not see how Obi's government would suddenly become ipob regime. I think that ipob sees Obi as an avenue for them to be integrated into the Nigerian mainstream, a thing denied them for 70 years.
Bro tell your self the truth Peter Obi can't be compared to Tinubu in terms of achievements.
I am not hear to campaign for Tinubu but if we look on their achievements, Peter Obi can't stand.

If he can stand it he won't be using the fact if his savings and investments alone.

I know people would want to bring the talk of Nigeria being developed as a federal capital but I can confidently say that were I grew up, it was part of Ogun state but Tinubu project is there. See Tinubu project are the true go an verify because you don't need someone to tell you, you just have to go to the location and see for yourself.

Yes Fashola did well even surpassed Tinubu but he met a foundation. The Ambode roads you are talking about, the two roads in did in my area are nothing to write home about and I know some other locations too were they have gone bad what about the cleaner Lagos initiative he brought up it is the architect of dirty Lagos.

Yes Ambode did his best and I admire some of his projects but he took Lagos backwards by not continuing projects he met.

I won't say Tinubu developed Lagos, but I would say he layed a solid foundation of Today's Lagos.

I hope you read this in a. neutral mind.
