I actually disagree with you on this. The people who are not supporting Tinubu are
1) Those who believe that this administration has failed.They believe nothing good can come out of the APC and so would vote against any body from the APC. They are the one who would say why didn't Tinubu advice Buhari on how to make Nigeria better.
Now imagine the Vice president or an ex minister contesting what would they say?

2) Those who have never like Tinubu the don't like him for anything, they would rather vote for a failure than to vote for Tinubu.

3) Those who are asking for a SE president and those who sympathize with them.

4) Those who believe Tinubu is too old. These categories of people actually believe he his competent but see his age as an hindrance.

these are some of the things I have noticed from people who are not supporting Tinubu reason why they hardly argue on competency but on other stuffs.

Some of the points you made can't be blamed on him. You are blaming him for Boko Haram almost overrunning the state but not the then commander in chief. The picture you are making reference to has been debunked severally.
