The way you listed some of the things, some of the candidates would just say Yes.

But if you use "How Would", we would know if they even have the intentions by the process and manner they intend to achieve them.

And it's not as if the governor is really performing.

most APC governors might lose their sits not because they didn't perform but because of Buhari's failure.

These are worthy questions but I think they should be rephrased instead of using "Is there", it should be "How Would"
