This list is incomplete without Oodua groups Wemabod, UAC properties and LSDPC.
I just shake my head when people think that the Yorubas will leave the development of their land to other tribes,it is even culturally discouraged in the Yoruba culture because it is the way you place premium on your properties that would make others value your property.
If other tribes are coming up with more stake in Lagos,it is a good thing and it is to the credit of the Yoruba too.
God bless Nigeria.

Lagos development is not just the real estate. There can't be any thriving real estate sector without a good amount of thriving Enterprises and business outfits that would lead to mass employment and a subsequent search for accommodation. This all important function of 'mass Enterprise" is the reason why all sectors of Lagos are developing. The Igbos remain the highest investors in lagos. Whether some people like it or not.

THEY'VE COME AGAIN OOOO.

Ogonimilitant:
Their is a big difference between developers and Buyers (owners)
You can get allocation and build from the government.
But who buys those properties? go and ask.

Want us to bring a list of estate owners too? grin grin grin
I pity Ibos.

Go n collect Ur school fees from Agbanigbekokoro modakeke mushin secondary school, the headers is " Developers", not estate developers. Have u been to Coscharis Avenue or the over 300 capital oil branches in Lagos.
P.S: Please use mouth pad, rubbish is leaking from your brain

Capital oil branches you say? What tha funk is that?? Or you meant to say Capital oil gas/filling stations? Why do you people like to lie like this? Asides the capital oil mega station on lagos-ibadan express way, the one at mushin-isolo, and the okota link road one, abeg wey these '300' capital oil 'branches' in Lagos?? Oando alone has more filling stations in Lagos than capital oil does in the entire country (including the SE), not to mention Forte Oil and Con Oil which are all Yoruba owned. Even the abo.ki owned MRS sef has more stations in Lagos than Capital Oil does. You people can lie for Africa.

Abi ooo

Before lagos, yoruba people single handedly built the west african largest city IBADAN in their interland.I read it somewhere that ibadan was the only niger area society described as city by flora shaw, lord lugard wife, when she stepped on niger area soil.so,building something greater than Ibadan beside atlantic ocean will not be difficult for them!

Did y'all mention this guy?

Sijibomi Ogundele: Sijibomi “Sujimoto” Ogundele is the founder and lead partner of Sujimoto Group of Companies, which comprises of real-estate, finance and energy divisions.

The organization operates offices in Paris, Accra, Madrid, Dubai, Riyadh, and Lagos. With the umbrella of Sujimoto Investment Ltd. and its principal partner, Yazeed Alrahji, Sujimoto has been able to bridge the venture capital industry with more than 47 successful business acquisitions and restructurings. As the Chief Executive Officer of Sujimoto Construction, a real estate development firm, Siji is one man to watch – as far as the revolution of Nigeria’s prime real estate sector is concerned. The company, which describes its obligation as bridging the gap in the provision of quality, affordable, and luxury buildings, that are analogous to modern cities and towns like Cape town, Monte Carlo, and Miami, has over the years proven its mantle in this highly competitive field. With its flagship development in Lagos known as the Medici by Sujimoto on Milverton Road, Ikoyi to the upcoming Lorenzo by Sujimoto on Bourdillon in Ikoyi, the company has shown that it is force to reckon with as far as luxury real estate development is concerned in Nigeria.

No matter how authentic the list may or may not be.... The fact remains that the South easterners play a very big role in the development of Lagos. Those listed above build those estates and how many Yoruba people live in them?? Most are habited by igbos(fact).

This is the reason why your clans would remain 3rd class citizens in this country with your arrogant and overbloated behaviour. Other tribes are also huge investors in the state but u would never hear them chestbeating like useless orangutan. Are u guys synonymous with gorilla gregorian behaviour?
