No way forward other than to go for your interview and be honest when asked any questions. Too often you guys are seeking fraudulent ways to beat the system... pay back isn’t always sweet.

1. is it a must to write a standardized test like TOEFL,SAT, GRE e.t.c. even if the school doesn't request for it?
2. if someone doesn't need to write any test according to the school admission system...how will someone tel the Visa officer that the school doesn't request for it?

if u re going 4 your masters or bachelor's you will have to present 1...but if you re a beginner is not necessary and you won't be asked...me i wasn't asked

It's a matter of chance and how qualified you are to gain admission to the schools you are applying to. If you apply to one and you are not offered admission, what do you do ? Wait till the next year and reapply or apply to another school. I suggest you do your research and find about three schools that offer your course in preferred regions and then apply to those schools, there's a good chance one of the schools will require unofficial transcripts for now.

It is the responsibility of your University to send, so i'ld assume you pay and they'll send.

With regards to number to sending transcripts some schools require unofficial transcripts and you only have to send official after you have been admitted. In the event your school requires an independent credential evaluator then you have to send to the company (e.g WES)

I know a Nigerian there doing his MSc in EE (fully funded). Depends on your question, I can relay the information to him.

The one couriered directly from your school with the recipient's school name on it is termed official, any other is the opposite.

The information you’re asking is likely to be clearly posted on the program website. It just smacks of inferiority complex, like we are somehow afraid to ask Americans direct questions, preferring to hide behind the coattails of fellow Nigerians.

It took me less than half a minute to find the web page... Norfolk State accepts applications for fall and spring admissions. The deadlines are clearly spelled out on the web. How did you apply for admission without thoroughly reading the instructions?

I didn't ask him for the instructions, I go to the school page everyday, I have the graduate catalog downloaded on my phone, soo plsss don't respond like I don't know what am doin. I just needed to talk to someone in the schl to knw how soon they responds. When I applied on the schl page I noticed that instead of august fall session, they only have summer A and summer B which is April and may/June left for 2018 session. That was why I needed a student there and mostly because I notice that Norfolk is hardly mentioned here.

I might not be able to attend the school without it as the tuition is quite high.

I know they have emails and phone No's to contact them on before coming here to ask, there is no big deal trying to connect with someone in the same school and luckily for me the person is into EE, pls u can just choose to ignore my write ups and let others do, this forum is meant to help not harsh responses. Hello guys, I have so many questions to ask but I will take them as I remember.
MY SISTER
Delivered in the USA in 2015 and paid all bills(has her zero balance) but after the expiration of her visa in 2016, she decided not to renew, even by drop box. Now in 2018, she's currently schooling(Masters) in the UK and decided to renew her USA visa but got rejected during the interview. She informed the interviewer that she stayed in USA for three (3) months because she had a baby but she was not with her zero balance letter.
My question is - Can she reapply since She will be back it Lagos in the next 4 weeks and she wants to reapply and also take along her zero balance letter? Hope she would not be rejected again. Need advice urgently.
