Bro ignore all the negative comments here. Older ladies are the best, the older a lady (or a man) gets, the better she becomes.
I'm 26, all my life I've dated older ladies and I tell you I have NEVER regretted anything. They are mature, wise, caring with no childish behavior. They sure as hell knows how to take good care of a man and above all they are understanding.

. Seriously age is a number. Some of us marry younger ladies and would have settled for another if possible. Their attitude is hell, once in ur home attitude changes. Some won't want to share with u their finances no matter how buoyant they are. So I think if u have studied her enuf u can go ahead. Younger ladies are not any better.

Why did it take her so long to get hooked? 35 years for a woman no be beans. It's rare to find a good woman, with all the qualities you have listed still single at 35. A lot must have happened in her life. Her past and how she has dealt with it would determine a lot in the marriage. But then, love conquers all. I also hope you are not hooked because of sex? From all indications you are already enjoying pre-martial sex, which invariably will cloud your judgement.

In all, love conquers all and there is nothing impossible with God.

That's just the reality.
A friend broke up with a younger lady of 23years, he would have married But he changed his mind and said she's very selfish and do not like to assist him financially when he's broke. She stays in his flat, eat his food, he even pays her school fees when she was learning a skill. He also sponsors her tertiary education. Cos her parents are late.
So she became independent financially, making some money by the side for herself. But a time came ,he became broke. His salary was yet to be paid.
And he asked her money, knowing fully well, one of her customer has paid her not too long ago for services rendered and she also attend to customers in his home, so that's how he knew.

He asked her to borrow him 5k and he will. Pay her back. She lied no money and he said but I saw when your customer paid u 10k. Just borrow me 5k.. She didn't bulge. He was disappointed. Later, he count his losses and told her to leave his house cos it's a sin against God as they are living together without bn married. She left.
Now he's dating his age mate. He's 35 same age with his recent gf, who works and have her own apartment . And so far they are waxing stronger .

Woow! That's the best of all marriages. My wife is 4years older than me and wev bn married for more than two years now without any hitch. She so humble, patient, matured, caring, loving & the best woman I have met. Thou once in a while I feel so unsecure but she's just so caring and understanding. I must say that since we got married till date she always kneel down on her two knees to greet me in the mornings, welcome me with a deep hug when I return from work, unbutton my shirt then goes to dish my meal while I have a cold shower. I must say am lucky... So guys don't feel discouraged as not all older ladies have that 'big woman' or 'elder sister' attitude. U also have a lot to do interms of not allowing this 'i am your husband' thing to control you. Love and pamper her, help her with cooking, house chores, give her surprises, speak calmly with respect, and I assure you it's love forever��
