How much is the training?

I really envy her gut in slimming down cos not everybody can do it. As a fitness expert with over ten years experience, and having work with people in her shoe before, I will advise her to do just three things with intensity.
1. Cut her carb intake and eat more of vergie.

2. She need to be doing high intensity
spinning three times a week for 1hour each and wrap it up with Forward-Backward Lunges (10 reps of 4 sets)

3.She should be doing rope swing exercise to strengthen her abs, arms, and shoulders, engage her legs, and get a killer conditioning workout all in one go.

Above all she should continue her healthy lifestyle and do more of boot camp cardio. As against popular belief, there is no way one can really target specific area of the body for weight lost .
