1.Covid test result not later than 72 hours before departure
2.Antigen result not later than 6 hours to flight.(you can run this one with synlab) by EAN Building by Murtal Muhammad Airport... Check them online
3.Apporval from either ICA /GDRFA. You can get this by either downloading the ICA or GDRFA app and follow the prompts and requests.

The above is if you are travelling from Lagos and via Qatar Airways. I just entered dubai from Lagos yesterday as a resident
