Flee from sexual immoralities, it kills the soul, get married instead. Staying pragmatic out of sex way has both good and side effects but still abstinence is the best, trust me. Sin would make u go farther than u bargained for, cost u than you're willing to pay, keep you than you're willing to stay and in the end, no gain, you've only done more harm than good. The only side effect I have noticed on account of abstainment from sex is increased sex drive. If you as man go long periods of time without sex, your testosterone levels will rise and it now not take much to arouse you. If I abstain from sex or release from masturbation for as much as 14 days my carrot will always stand at attention. I only have to look at a fine girl for 30 seconds to go from erection to release.
