In my opinion, the assessor is right to refuse your nomination as it is stated clearly that "the work experience after your qualification must be assessed as relevant by the assessing body if they offer point advise service". I am sure you have included work experience after your qualification as it is a requirement for ACT nomination.
TRA offers both migration skills assessment and migration points advise. I am sure you have selected only migration skills assessment during your assessment with TRA. Unfortunately you will have to go back to TRA for a migration points advise.

TRA does not have option to select both MPA and MSA in one application and more so, thousands of people have used and been using MSA only to get visa.

Hello @Tunlex01 and @Bellong. Please advise on this. I'm trying to get my Tax Clearance Certificate from Ghana for the duration I worked 2012 to 2016. But the GRA office said the System can only be back dated 3 years from now so meaning. I will get Tax Clearance certificate from 2020 to 2023.
Will this work for TRA as a pay evidence or I should get the Statutory declaration from the High Court.
I have the payslip and my bank account is dormant, so I cant get statements. I need another pay evidence. Please advise on this.

Will the date on the tax statement indicate the year the payment was meant for? the date can be 2023 as long as the narration indicates the year the payment was made for.
Dormant account does not mean statements cannot be pulled. It only takes time to pull it out from archive but the bank is required to provide the statement

For the second option, why not reactivate the account and print your statement. Reactivating account is simply providing some documents and pay a token into the account. Or bankers in the house correct me if I'm wrong

I don’t think 3 years tax statement will work with TRA except you only have 3 years experience. Their guideline requires at least 2 pay evidences which covers the entire period being assessed.
I haven’t seen anyone use Statutory declaration for TRA. You may try that and let’s know if it works.
I worked in a bank and I know the manager is telling you BS cos it’s just extra work for them to follow up with the team that will pull it up. Raise the request in branch and their contact center. If you know any top person in the bank, copy them too.

It won’t fly because applicants assessing Marketing specialist without a relevant qualification will have 3 years experience deducted. So for you to get a positive assessment, Vetassess still needs to deduct an additional 1 year for qualifying period. Positive assessment is likely sure after verifiable 4 years experience.

That is because for NSW, you can claim points for work experience after the date you completed your qualification except where your skills assessment displays a date you have been deemed skilled, then you can only claim points after this date. This is the case with ACS and Vetassess but not TRA.

Yes I agree that thousands have used TRA MSA without any issues and they are still using it till date for all states and territories. I believe ACT are the only ones that recently updated their requirement and started requesting for MPA. It is clearly stated in their updated nomination guidelines in April 2023. You can go with Engineers Australia since you have an engineering background. However, you won't be able to claim work experience since data engineering is under ICT.

I have observed with recent happenings from people who has assess with aitsl that for a B.ed to be assess as suitable it must be from a tier 1 university.( It will be assess suitable to Australia level AQF 7 without needing a pgde)if you assess with 4 year degree in education,it will be assess as not suitable because of not fulfilling the initial teacher education requirements not withstanding if you have a masters in education or not.
For people with B.SC in other discipline but a pgde in education and the 45 days teaching practice ( it will be assess as suitable equivalent to an associate degree/diploma AQF level 6) this information is research from Facebook groups and experience from people who have done the assessment recently .this information is available on their site too if you read between the lines.( see applicant check list on aitsl Portal)People at a disadvantage are those who read B.ed in a tier 2 university

Thank you. They are not well sha...perhaps they will review it again if they dont get TRA applicants applying for nominations with them. Another $450 for 4-5 months wait does not make sense

I don't think the second paragraph is correct too. if your degree whether BEd or Bsc in other discipline is from tier 2, it's still not assessable with AITSL. Do you know anyone with a recent AQF 6 equivalent + pgde that got a positive assessment?

Hi, please I noticed that the reference number on Vetassess ends with two letters in bracket, (eg) after the number. I want to know if these two letters in bracket are part of the reference number. For example, ref number: 12TS834318 (eb), I want to know if the (eb) is part of the ref number.
