Man, imagine a girl posting on her timeline on Twitter and try to convince the said Victor Johnson wouldn't be automatically labeled a rapist even when he hasn't been given the chance to state his side of the story or when she has no evidence to back up her claims.

The best way to avoid false rape accusations is to avoid situations or environments that will/can give rise for real rape cases.

In the past, I said people guilty of false rape accusations should be given few years in a jail...but thinking of it now, I was really silly to trivialise the offence. Anyone that can accuse an innocent party of such grievous crime, knowing fully well how fast it can change the individual's life, deserves the jail term he/she wished for the accused.

That said, one can not be too careful.
>Avoid one night stands or casual sex. Most accusers were random girls trying to play victim after a sexual encounter they regret.
>Only have sex with your partner, or someone you have established a good degree of attraction or trust with.
>AVOID MINORS.
>Avoid unstable, low self esteemed and every/any lady who can't take a stand or responsibility for her actions.
>Don't have sex with intoxicated people.
>Don't do things with people who have nothing to lose. They fight dirty when scorned.
>If she withdraws consent at any point, by all means let her be.
>Don't 'coerce' any lady into having sex with you.
>Abstain from sex

It is also pertinent male and female alike are educated on what constitutes rape (and sexual harassment/assault). These offences have been thrown around in recent times. Guys should listen more to their brains, not their dicks. Chances are high you will miss out on some free sex, but it is a whole lot better than being falsely accused.

Actual rape cases are bad enough for its victims, the ladies involved in false rape accusations should stop making it more difficult for them. If any lady accuses you falsely, don't let it slide...

you are right though....but then girls with esteem issues or the ones or the ones with a sort of mental instability would be the ones who would quickly accuse their man falsely of rape if things dont go their way.anyway its our prayer we dont meet such ladies but again punishable laws should be made for women who falsely accuse men of rape out of malice.

@ tso.m great opening post, however you need to make one correction. Brock Turner is not an innocent man, he's a convicted rapist (with hard evidence) serving just three months in prison, thanks to his skin color and wealthy background. The article you shared was about another man, Brian Banks, who was wrongly accused of raping a 15 year old girl (when he was 16) and ended up spending 5 years in prison, and another 5 years on probation- until it was finally discovered that he was innocent.

With things like this happening, I'm honestly scared to enter any sort of relationship because in courts, it seems like the only "evidence" needed is "her word over his".

People talk about "rape victims being scared to come out" as the purpose for the #MeToo movement but in my honest opinion its the other way round. Women are actually bold enough to accuse any man they have issues with of rape. And movements like that were so poorly though out that they made no provision for how to detect liars and frauds who'd take advantage of the system.

I saw on Twitter a few weeks ago that some women joined the #MeToo train and accused MORGAN FREEMAN of sexually assualting them. This whole thing is spiralling out of control, honestly. And I can't think of any solution because movements like that don't work with logic/reason.

If the tables had been turned, DiCaprio and Drake would have been accused of sexual assault and their careers ruined.

Only few women like Candace Owens have openly criticized the #MeToo movement.

Men have become increasingly suspicious of women since that vindictive movement started.

Until I have presentable evidence that a female willingly wants to tangle with me, I'd never be alone with her, ever!
