Even the hebrew language and a lot of it pronunciation have evolve over time, to what is known as today hebrew language how much more names.

Another 1 million years from now do you think that name jesus will still be in vogue?

The name will change to something else, but it will still be noted that someone was crucified a million years ago to save mankind from sin with some other name known to the people of that era.
