I'm offering to sell my Samsung Galaxy A7 2015 model. It fell off my child's hand since 2017 and screen got a little crack but you can't notice it unless you look closely and it works perfectly. Phone hasn't been worked on before neither has it been loosened. I just replace screen guards. Reason for selling it is because I just got a Galaxy S8. Serious buyers can reach me on 08033170403 (Whatsapp inclusive) for further enquiries. Have a blessed day!

Hi all,

I just got a new S9+ and I found out that it is rooted it, as a result of this, device doesn't receive OTA updates and still stuck on android 9, Netflix and streaming apps do not work... Now I'm trying to unroot it and install stock firmware for android 10

The problem now is under settings my model number is SM-G960F and I've already downloaded the firmware, but while flashing I always get Secure check fail: bootloader

And I noticed that the model number in download mode is SM-G960N... All the firmware for this model is for Korean Region only, and I just read that flashing another region's firmware can cause issues

Please I need help!!!, am I getting the error 'cause I'm using a wrong firmware

This is exactly my problem. I got the Samsung galaxy note 9 phone UK used. Netflix and co is not working. The phone has refused to update or upgrade just stuck on 2018 version. I learnt from here and checked, found out that the settings version in the phone is N960F/DS but while on recovery mode, the firmware is N960NKSU3CSG3 which is Singapore.

Please, did you get any solution? If yes, contact me, I'm in Lagos. +2348039658953. If Mr Justin replies you, also let me know, thanks. Or you can drop your number.

Hi Justin, I see your last message is in 2018. How I wish you can see this. I got the Samsung galaxy note 9 phone UK used. Netflix and co is not working. What do I do?
justine94:
your phone is galaxy core LTE version which cane out in 2014. Am sorry your phone does not support lollipop because he does not have the specs to hold up a lollipop rom.. But you can still install a lollipop based themed rom on it.. It would be a look alike version of lollipop but it ain't the actual one..
