StOla: Taa, always know the fact of story before u, jump in... These allegations and corruption where already against him before he was confirmed as cjn, sowore of saharareporter.com even showed some of these evidence by fg with EFCC back then, said, there was no such thing, only for them to come out and reveal this now.... Why? They want a man with cockroaches in his cupboard that they can use against him later, to either sack him and replace him with another person that will do fg bid or ruffle him up to do their bidding... Why now? Election is here and he will be the one to constitute elections tribunal panels, which means, he has alot of influence on post election court cases... Conclusion... Fg, guilty, cjn, guilty... No one has the moral right to accused the other 1 Like 1 Share |

Copied: JUSTICE ONNOGHEN: A WORD FOR THE FACEBOOK LAWYERS First, Onnoghen has not denied the weighty allegations against him. He hasn't said that those acts are no corrupt acts. His only defence has been "ignorance" and "forgetfulness". He hasn't even pleaded political witch haunt; you have been the one pleading it for him. The head of the judiciary, which incidentally is what Onnoghen is, should be the first to inform Nigerians that ignorance is not an excuse in law. You are here excusing the CJN. You are here adducing all the conspiracy theories, and pleading "political motivation" as though those make an obvious corrupt practice and infraction to become any less offense. You are not even bothered about the curious humungous lodgements made in dollars, and the manner in which they were made? You never bothered that these could be payments for judgements bought? You never bothered that he chose not to mention those accounts and funds therein because he could not explain how he possibly could have made such staggering mind-numbing fortunes from his work and position? You still wonder why we support PMB? He's the only man that would never be swayed by your irresponsible wailing. He's the only Nigerian that would not be cowed by your organised protests to forestall the right actions from taking place. You did it when Justice Ademola, Justice Ngwuta, Justice Ajumogobia and co were exposed; you took up arms, you shouted desecration of the judiciary and blew all those big big grammar, but today, we know what has happened to them. Some started collapsing in the dock. If Justice Walter Onnoghen has a case to answer, and it does look like he has, brother, your shouting and wailing can never force PMB to intervene. Don't forget that he has ear infections. Till date, the infections have not been cured, so he will hardly understand that you are even wailing. Nigerian judiciary is smelling. If PMB does not back its clean-up and clensing, then we are doomed forever. Let Justice Onnoghen face his problem. If it's politically motivated, let him tell court: "I AM GUILTY, BUT MY TRIAL IS POLITICALLY MOTIVATED!" Charles Kaye Okoye 2 Likes

God bless you I never knew that CJN and NBA president were political positions held by the opposition, such that any valid prosecution of these characters must be related to politics and political parties? When did the CJN and NBA president become one side of your divide? You should be utterly ashamed of yourself. What is it with PDP sycophants and the penchant to defend anyone who is corrupt and outside of the APC, even if such accused has no business with politics or political opposition? What manner of idiocy is this on display? Is the CJN a member of PDP? Is the NBA president a member of PDP? So why the fuss by only PDP among the litany of opposition parties who are not apprehensive that public servants are being duly punished and that professionals are operating by the ethics of their profession? Did opposition parties throw a fuss or tantrum when President Obasanjo sacked a public officer Police IG Tafa Balogun and prosecuted him? Did any opposition party scream that Tafa must be left alone? Did Police officers threaten the government to leave their corrupt boss alone? So why is PDP extending its umbrella cover and protection of corruption to public officers, association presidents, and technocratic professionals who are not politically affiliated and are subject to the laws of Nigeria like every other average Joe? PDP! When would you let Nigeria be and have peace and a corruption free society? Have you not wrecked enough damage in you 16 damnable years of failure? Did anyone stop PDP from prosecuting the jet flying governors of the opposition when PDP was in power for 16yrs? Why is it that everyone accused of corruption and poised to suffer the lawful consequences, is suddenly offered PDP membership and support? Does opposition mean to become an enemy of the state and hinder the lawful prosecution of non political public officers and private citizens? It shall never be well with PDP, their sycophants, and their uncompleted secretariat that this same corruption and embezzlement demonic possession of theirs, did not allow them finish.[/quote] |

ItsMeAboki:I am fully in support of cleansing. Let the law be followed to the letter. If the law says he has to first appear at NJC then let it be so. Approaching it from any other way would make it look like a witch hunt. Also accusing those supporting the CJN of being Facebook lawyers is uncalled for. The same person making this statement has already passed judgement when judgement has not yet been given. What does that make him? 2 Likes 1 Share |

PaChukwudi44: Boy-Chukwudi, the amount of money in his various bank accounts are well in excess of his legitimate earnings. There is a case to answer and on the face of it, in the absence of evidence to the contrary, he will be guilty of corrupt enrichment and proceeds of crime. The money will be forfeited to the FG. |

If yes how come they went ahead to confirm him? How come this is happening a month to the election? StOla: Naa, they were just playing... The only excuse back then was because he is from a particular region, they could have published the the investigation against him, which is a normal procedure before confirmation bt EFCC denied anything against him... They must have been thinking they can do it later anyway... It takes nothing to say, let someone else with clean hand from that region replace him, bt no, they can't deal with a clean hand person... This is just chess game to them |
