I have very nasty experience dealing with some of swift staff members working at the Saka Tinubu Office. They feel too big and I dont know why. When you collect their number for easy access to latest information or to make any complaint they will refuse to pick your call. The only time they are nice is when they are aware you are holding a reasonable sum of money either to purchase 4G modem or renew subscription. Then they behave like angels. I didnt have the same experience with staff of Starcomms, Visafone, Multilinks, etc that I used before. Do you have a similar experience or a different one |

Every reasonable Nigerian is definitely happy at BOTH THE PROCESS AND OUTCOME OF THE JUST CONCLUDED PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION. Without wasting time I think (if president Jonathan will be as sincere about solving our electricity problem as he has shown on electoral reform) he need not look elsewhere than to appoint (as soon as the whole election processes are over and as soon as he sworn in) THE PROF. as the Minister of Power. I think the reason is because Mutilinks has sold their service to VISA Network and that is the main reason why it is very slow. I am facing the same problem here and that is why i went and bought starcoms.Which VISA network were you referring to. Is it really true. pls tell me more goldenval . waiting please |

Children of God on Nairaland, please pray for the poster of this topic. That is what he needs most at this stage of his life. How can you post for girls to call you for marriage? If you know what marriage means and entails you will definitely know you are treading the path of destruction. If you are a christian and God fearing as you want your wife to be this is a very wrong step to take. Anygirl who calls you for marriage as a result of this post does not even know God. It is true you can meet on Nairaland and end up marrying but obviously not in this case. I will prescribe that you 1.) become a child of God 2.) take God serious always 3.) be prayerful 4.) be friendly to all 5.) stop on-line searching for good women 6.) dont be too desperate 7.) meet a True man of God or Genuine married child of God for counselling. If you've not met good women so far from all you have seen, is it those you have not seen (on-line girls) that will be good? One thing I'm sure of is that God has not forgotten you. When the violence starts in the North, I hope you will still be singing BB then.I dont forsee any kind of violence if we can get the 2003 kind of free and fair election delivered by a truly independent NEC. I suspect those who sing of violence now actually have skeletons in their cupboard. Did the president not say "people should protect their vote"? Can we then say that that is inciting violence? Take for instance a different result is announced for your local government different from what most people know to be true result. in an attempt to protect votes and make it truly count some people may take law into their hands and guess what , Again if the election is free and fair their will be virtually no violence. |

My Dear, it will be very uneconomical of you to want to get 180kbps on each pc in a cyber cafe of 13 systems which means you need a total bandwidth of 2340kbps=2mbps, which cost nearly $4,000 (1:1) in the international market. Pls think twice before you kill your self by your self, and besides before you can get 180kbps on a pc you have to get a bandwidth 8 times that amount i.e the transfer rate which non IT persons understand as the download speed (S= B/Thanks for the enlightenment. I think the 22kbps per system is what my request implies. PLease suggest to me which ISP can I try? |

Who among the other candidates POSSESSES SUCH POWER TO HAVE MADE INEC DEPENDENT (DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY)? Is it you or I that have such power to change or manipulate election results even when the right ones were anounced at the points of voting? Jega was appointed and whoever appointed him should definitely be held responsible with him if we later find out that the election was not free and fair. If Jega knows that the power that be is in no way in support of any for of riging I assure you the election will be completely free and fair. Buhari was only laying emphasis on the fact that no other person in Nigeria has such power to prevent a free and fair election except the Supreme Authority. He has in NO WAY INCITED VIOLENCE. He only made a simple statement of fact. Leave it or take it. I still see BB ticket as the only way out. |

I manage a cafe of about 13 computers and need internet provider to deliver a download speed of at worst 180kbps on each client at reasonable cost. Please If you know anyone respond quickly to save me another money+time waste. Please include their modem price and subscription details if possible. |

where s=speed or transfer rate, B= bandwidth in kbps. that means if you are talking of bandwidth of 180kbps on a pc you will get 180/8=22kbps as the download speed i.e transfer rate per system,
