Hi, fellow Nairalanders, I operate an Online Registration Centre in Lagos State and I just have to vent my annoyance via this blessed platform after several attempts made to contact JAMB to help me resolve two issues regarding transactions done on their website i.e www.jamb.org.ng. 1.) I paid money for the wrong service; 2500 instead of 1,000 and I have sent them mail to notify them with attached evidence showing RRR for the payment but no response whatsoever. I have called all their lines but they will never pick calls. 2.) I paid another N2,500 for Correction of Names. The correction was effected but the PDF page that must be printed out couldn't be downloaded successfully. I have sent them mails as regards this to assist us but NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER. I have also been calling their support lines but they wouldn't pick calls. This is my confusion: Which organization operates a website as important as that of Nigerian JAMB (www.jamb.org.ng) with such huge number of candidates performing various activities on it simultaneously without providing for a very active SUPPORT to solve any problems anyone may encounter on the site. Am I the only one experiencing this? or are there other people with similar experience? I WONDER WHO PLACED A CURSE ON GOVERNMENT ESTABLISHMENTS IN NIGERIA. THEY ARE ONLY GOOD AT FRUSTRATING PEOPLE.
