Finally if it is a story of girl caught Being Intimate with Waec examiners her picture will be all over the internet, but because she only passed WAEC i cant find one single picture of the girl.I RATE YOUR POST AS THE BEST SO FAR I totally agree with this. Our multinational companies who only throw money about promoting "SOCIALS" or "THUGGERY/HOOLIGANISM" or even "NUDITY" are supposed to use this small but mighty girl for their product promos instead of useless pictures and videos that promote promiscuity. Our Politicians should donate generously towards sponsoring the rest of her education. This should just go abroad as we have no system per say on ground in any of our tertiary institutions to really bring out the best of her potential. I dont want her to go through this system of Struggles that many of us had to go through. This girl should be given presidential handshake aired by all of our broadcasting stations I pray, may the living God increase your capacity for learning and protect you from enemies of excellence always IN JESUS NAME, amen. 2 Likes |

We tried to check a JambUTME candidate result on Saturday 01/04/2012 but the Jamb server kept on saying "no result yet". So we had to keep on checking the result, say, twice a day since then. Today, the poor girl came to recheck the result and we tried as usual to see if Jamb has released it. But To my surprise, the Jamb server started telling us that "You Have Exceeded Maximum Number of Checks. Please purchase e-Facility Card to Print Your Result Slip" My questions are: 1) Is Jamb not taking us all for a ride - as if we are all foolish and Jamb is the only one that uses ICT in its activities 2)What sense is Jamb making out of this illiterate means of making money from Nigerian candidates 2) Is Jamb being a monopoly an avenue to exploit the poor masses who struggled to raise money to even buy Jamb form 3) Jamb result checking has never been limited to a particular number of time before now 4) Please if any I need I.T Gurus on Nairaland to provide a justification for this new development 5) I think the National Assembly need to intervene in the way Jamb and other Institutions charge students exhorbitantly in the name of scratch card or E-facility or whatever name they call it I just posted this out of sheer concern. |

I sincerely appreciate every post in respect of the topic. However, - I like to remind us that the Bible is A BOOK. The Book of the Law (of God). - We also know that a book is its content - conveying specific messege - A single Book can be in various forms - Paper Book (or Printed form) - in computer we call this Hardcopy E-Book - (electronic book) - book stored on a computing device - For the information contained in a Book to reach a wider range of people it has to be made available in the various forms Whether you carry a PAPER BIBLE or an ELECTRONIC BIBLE on a Laptop, Palmtop, DEsktop, Ipad, or any Smart phones does not matter to anyone except one exhibiting his/her level of ignorance and technology backwardness. What matters most is ARE YOU REALLY READING THE BIBLE (the particular format immaterial) with the whole of attention it requires? ARE YOU LIVING BY THE CONTENT OF THE BIBLE? "How many people use their Paper Bible to only decorate shelves" "How many people bring their newly bought Paper Bible to Church expecting your compliment and admiration of their Bible" The reading of the Bible is to educate us about God, Man and man's only enemy among other things. The world education system has changed from the primitive Blackboard to White Board to Interractive (Electronic) Board and many students are mandated to get Laptops as a requirement during admission. Even many secondary school students now use laptops in classes. The truth is; this is the ELECTRONIC AGE. And the God of ALL AGES IS THE OWNER OF ALL INVENTIONS. He is chanelling many of His messages to mankind in different regions electronically - e.g Telivision, Radio, Internet, DSTV, etc. as He does with the printed formats on paper. When it comes to Church service - Be sincere of your intention or motives - Do not deceive yourself - If you notice it distracts others who are still very backward then you have 2 options - You either stop using it or minimize the frequency of use and at the same time - Take time to educate those showing concerns as to why the use of either phones, laptop, etc. - In itself it is a normal thing. No big deal. Infact, it comes with a lot of advantages over paper Bible. - However it is not a total replacement for the Paper Bible and vice versa. |

MERRY CHRISTMAS The birth of Jesus reminds us of the infallibility of God's word. These are few of the lessons of the unusual event: (1) This BIRTH was FORETOLD. AND it happened. This implies what God's word says shall always happen no matter what. Isaiah 7:14 (2) It was a Virgin giving birth to a child. Sounds like a 'Paradox'. Not sensible. Impossible. Scientifically unprovable. I think to the many Wise guys on Niraland it is another senseless ascertion. However the foolishness of God is wiser than men. These are God's chosen ways of showing He is God and not man. (3) All the major religions of the world acknlowledge the VIRGIN'S BIRTH. God is the TRUTH. (4) If the Birth is TRUE, then the suffering, also is TRUE, so also THE CRUCIFIXION, BURIAL and RESURRECTION since all these were also FORETOLD by the same God. I discovered I need to work and save more money. Then we shall proceed to the altar. Hopefully in about 3-4 months. We dont want to finish wedding and start depending on In-Laws or Church welfare to feed. |

Arsene Wenger should on his own resign. I actually expected this kind of result. I predicted 7 - 0. It is simple Mathematics. Sincerely speaking, I currently pitty Morhino for his present predicaments. The guy is currently frustrated, regreting his move to spain. Who even advised him to go there? I laughed when he said he was going to spain to set a new record. Maybe he felt Barcelona would be that easy to displace. Now he has discovered that it is almost an impossible task that's why he resorts to fighting on the pitch, tongue-lashing, and complaining via every available avenue. HE OUGHT TO HAVE DODGED THE OFFER HAD HE UNDERSTOOD THE REAL STRENGTH OF THE GREAT BARCA SIDE. The only way out I see for him at the moment is to resign and come back to spain when the present crop of Barca players have left for other clubs. Skillful footballing has defeated lazy-man style of counter-attacking football style Morhino relies on and so the frustration that we all see now is inevitable. Barcelona is too much for Jose. He should just openly confess. period |

Whether it was the EYE or the EAR, which one is befitting of a coach of Morhino's status? Where then is the special one in Him? Even if players were losing concentration and temper should the coach also get involved? Who then would calm the team down when even the coach's emotion is out of control. Arsen Wenger, Fergie, Guardiola, would never have done that no matter the pressure or match results or even referee's error - raising hand to touch the opponent. This is another case of Talent without Character @ those defending Morhino I was wondering if Morhino would control his players when they started turning the game to RGBY only to discover by his(Morhino's) own action that that was part of their game plan - to ensure they wound as many as they can on the field of play once it turns out that they would loose. Morhino has not been professional whenever he sees himself loosing to Barcelona. It is sheer inferiority complex displayed by the entire Madrid team. ARSENAL, MAN U would never get unnecessarily nervous and started playing like MADRID did no matter the scores. @ the moderator of NL Mr Seun I want to recommend that either people's highest level of education(or qualification) OR agegoup be shown each time they start a trend or respond to any trend so that we can know who to answer, how to answer and who to ignore. This is very necessary as I have noticed that some posts on this site are either from unlearned, hooligans, touts, and immature, even immature citizens of our society. I dont like arguing or reasoning with fools but it is like nairaland has given some unwise folks who are not ready to learn the opportunity to disguise as if they have anything to offer, thereby wasting the precious times of intelligent and God-fearing nairalanders. It varies. Say N15000 - N25000 depending on the make and the shop. Enter the computer village and ask. You will be directed. But be sure of the type you need as some applications do specify the type of scanners they support. This is very important. |
