Oh, i just checked his(olamil34) tutorial, he just mentioned the files and didn't explain them,(only worked on models.py).
So just check the first 2 pages(or videos) of the tutorial link i sent you to understand the file structure, if you have any specific question you can ask.

Olamil34 has not finished his tutorial(i guess it's still in progress), but he covered the part you need(file structure) a bit.
If you understand how far Olamil34 has gone then you shouldn't have a problem with file structure.
