In 2014 i boarded arik flight from lagos to ph, the flight delayed for 30mins before takeoff. I sat beside a young man dressed casually. Then i was using samsung note3, the man saw my phone and brought out his samsung s5 to show me weather forecast, telling me the reason why the flght was been delayed. The guy asked me where am coming from, i was coming from ghana then, so i told him and i was feeling fly.
So he strted discussing about his trip from china to taiwan and how cheap it was compared to flight from ghana to nigeria. He actually travelled from new york to china before taiwan just for a frnd’s wedding.
All this while in my mind i was like see this 419 man oh!!( cos i don fall for 419 people tire so i was been carefull). I briefly told him about myself, told him my state( bayelsa) and he was like “i am heading to bayelsa once i arrive ph to have a meeting with your state governor.” Told me he works for NDDC
When we finally touched down ph While the flight was on the runway he pointed out to a private jet parked at the airport and he was like his frnd owns it and the frnd offered the jet to pick him up at lagos airport but he turned it down. Omo all this while everything this man said i didnt take it serious, I kept singing in my mind “419”.
When the plane stopped he made a call( the normal we just touched down call). He wanted to give me his card and i ignored. Coming down from the flight just at the edge of the air-stair two well kitted mobile policemen carried his bag and escorted him to the v.i.p terminal. My eye clear

Lol. Mine was when I was 17-18 year old, I normally visit my sister who studied in one of the Federal university then. Normally, she will leave me for school and if I get bored sort of, I'd go round to feed my eyes.

So, one faithful day, as I was doing my usual strolling, I stopped at newspaper vendor and decided to relax and listen to people discuss politics, cos I like politics grin grin

Then, I bought my banana and grandnut and I shared to the old men sitting and discussing the politics they thanked me and I continued eating my banana. grin grin

So, as I stayed long, the gists became interesting that I was forced to add my little idea about Nigerian political issues, even though I reluctantly say my mind, so they saw how profound I was in the happening even with my small body grin grin grin, they became interested that as a very young lady I could muster such words, well, I didn't send anybody. grin grin

I continued eating my banana So, one of them asked my name and school which I told them, reluctantly.

They were amazed though, though I didn't bother asking them as I was already tired waiting for my sister to come home, naso them begin introduce themselves, I didn't have any idea that I was sitting with a SAN, Special Assistant TO THE STATE GOVERNOR, Secretary of the state, lol. And these men had security men on waiting for them. grin grin

And I was told that I was close to the government house, and all That, well, I helped a friend then who was a jobless lawyer through the SAN, later lost his contact when I lost my phone and changed my number in 2015. cry cry cry
get his number from your friend you helped get a job

a tailor in my area failed to sew someones cloth after the time he promised expired and when the owner came and was pissed why he didn't do the work instead of the olodo to try to pacify the man he was also chanting the man and the man decided he will bring the police in the matter and the tailor(cos him get one constable friend or cousin) called him own too.
when his constable friend/cousin came(he came first before the man's police), the tailor was shocked to see the constable saluting this man and the man in turn told the constable to carry him(the table) to the station and immediately loyalty change and na so them come wait till hilux arrive and the carry the tailor comot. the man release am that same day sha but him come see say connection pass connection.
