Abeg leave all these so called sophistication, we just love to blow big grammar.

Where has Nigeria gotten to in the modern world with all the so called sophistication.
what innovations are being implemented in this clime.
What development indices are being achieved? When there is so much backwardness
When the nation is still at the backwaters of development

You don't use those words because this Nation is still light years backward.
Those words are meant for those who truly understand and practice it truly.
Instead of those using words too big for them

Unfortunately for you, your question doesn't alter the fact that the man is grossly lazy, backward, incompetent and stranded in office.

The fact that other people haven't excelled doesn't mean he shouldn't do better and surpass them so you made zero sense with the other people excuse. And even if Nigeria is light years backwad, then he is heavy and dark years backward.

The ancient and obsolete phone is just another reflection of his backwards and incompetent state of mind.

A leader with zero sense of modernity cannot modernize his society or anything sef.

And how can you come to that conclusion about him?
Has he been tried and proved?
Dude is not even up to 2 weeks in office
Moreover his predecessor didn't leave him any handover note, unlike how it is done elsewhere

For him to know the condition of the state he will need to engage forensic auditors to know the true condition of things. This ain't rocket science
