men i know for me oh,
thanks to TITANIUM BACKUP PRO,

as i thot. dont u have a recovery manager on your fone? like xrecovery or clockworkmod?
they have options to back up the entire present ROM

that way its simply a case of restoring the backup and having your fone exactly the way it is, instead of all this restoring apps. unless u actually moving roms

i use that so i have at least one fully working rom backed up and no matter the experiments i know i can always go back to my base rom. kinda like remastersys for fones

btw can ull/ have u ever bought stuff off ebay? i can only see that stuff on ebay for reasonable prices but the way ebay works kinda cant work in naija can it?
cant seem to locate an onlinee store with the front screen/digitizer. havent gone to ikeja tho, no time but im pretty sure the fee will be ridiculous

I have a Nandroid backup of my original Stock ROM (in case yawa gas wink grin) salso have two other nandroids which i transfered to my pc to create space.
The probs with backing up a ROM fully, u cant restore just the apps, thats where Titanium comes in.

As per Ebay, hmmmm i dont go near dem oh!!. . , , cos i heard once its to be shipped to naija( if it became possible) they will send u somtin else or somtin close to what u ordered for, so i just generally bone ebay; the probs now is dat good sites like amazon wont even consider naija for stuffs like that.
Well anthow sha good luck with ur search oh. . . tho i know dere r som underG sites out there that may ship, but shey u get d liver to try am? grin grin

if u restored apps, flash it again, restore just apps and not data. then fix permissions. if ur recovery does not have that option, download an app, there are some that can do just that.

how much will a refurb desire go for pls, or captivate

RIM is gradually digging their grave. With the kind of competition in the market, only an incompetent OEM will not have a kind of BCP (Business continuity Procedure) or DR (Disaster recovery) plan in place. The only thing RIM has going for them right now is their BES and BIS service, to now go ahead and start playing kalo kalo with it is just the beginning of their downfall and their own on-doing. The Tech market is one in which you don't give consumers the opportunity to think you are not reliable. Once they think you are, your time is up!. How the Cupertino guys will be rubbing their hands and smiling waiting patiently for October 17th when they will unleash iMessenger. As for me I wait and see how it all pans out.
that's why i said 'they aint seen nothing yet'
lol

Return it bro, cos configuring it to any of the Nigerian CDMA providers is going to be one very long thing.
