If innoson continues to operate with a small minded mindset, the company will not be around to employ anybody. It's all well and good giving examples of Toyota but Toyota did not for example become of of the best selling autos in America who are normally patriotic to their own brands by thinking small. They produced quality products, developed a network of service and distribution/sales that made it difficult for a US citizen to ignore what Toyota was offerring.

There is no unique selling point Innoson has to offer except that it is made in Nigeria. Not in terms of price, quality, service, image, dealer network etc. The value for money proposition just isnt there. When did you see an Innoson advert? have you ever seen an Innoson dealership or a service center?

Like someone said above if you are relying on pity or sentiment to sell cars then it is an acknowledgement that you dont have a good or competitive product.

in my opinion those senators don't need more cars or allowances. Why do they have to buy cars year in year out it's an unnecessary expenditure. A lot to f money is being wasted

I wouldn't blame them. Those cars are low in quality, quite expensive for that matter and have a very low resale value.

Sentiments aside, I wouldn't accept them either. Given the choice between any of their SUVs and a Toyota, i would take the Toyota all the time.

The company needs to improve the quality of their products to be able to compete favourably with Japanese cars and not rely on sentiment or even blackmail to force its cars on customers.
