Most People seem to think that what is going-on is a kind of error or mistake, on the part of Buratai and Buhari!
WRONG!

Just go back to December 2016 and begin to look at events and see how they are connected.
From the start of making sure all our security chief, come from his stock of Fulani, to inviting fulani from all over West Africa to come and settle in Nigeria, to the inrease in herdsmen attacking indigenes in the Middle Belt, to the increase in Herdsmen attacking people on their farms, to the Soldiers who are suposed to protect the victims saying they have "orders to Stand-down" and not help the victims during an attack, to the the I.G of Police passing from one Fulani to another, to Myetti Allah threatening that residents will know no Peace unless they rescind the Anti-Open Grazing law, to former interior Minister (Dambazzau) asking the people of Benue to cancel their law or continue to get attacked by Herdsmen, to RUGA and its new, fancy name, to Buhari always expressing "deep" condolence while doing nothing, to the elongation of the tenure non-performing Security Chief, even when they have passed retirement age, to the unending war on Boko haram and the huge finds being stolen, sing it an an excuse, to the enforcement of National I.D card registration which allow the imported foreigners to get Nigerian Citizenship by fiat and default, to the huge amount of money Buhari is dolling out to countries where the Fulani are in good number, especially Guinea, where his onw ancstors hail from and the only country with a large majority of Fulanis, e.t.c

Buhari is executing a well-designed script and the aim is simple: TO USURP THE LAND OF NIGERIAN INDIGENES, ESPECIALLY IN THE FERTILE MIDDLE BELT AND FOISTER THE DOMINANCE OF FOREIGN FULANIS ON A COMPROMISED NIGERIAN MILITARY AND NIGERIANS IN GENERAL.

Everything he does, every decision he takes, is either to further this objective or to divert attention of citizens away from what he is doing and to create slush funds for their activities

Why can't the same treatment be meted out on armed robbers, cattle hustlers, pick pockets and those who steal primarily to satiate hunger?

While trying to prevent government officials from stealing public funds, he is directing the monies disguised as ransom money to terrorists thereby empowering them.

He is lending his military training and experience to empower Fulani herdsmen and Bokoharam. Then he would pretend to not know anything and further insult our collective sensibilities by stating that he is surprised that bokoharam is still making waves and that herdsmen should not be retaliated upon. He is sympathetic to these killers. Period.

You just hit the nail on the head. In saner climes, he would have been forced to resign.

Again to our face, sheer hypocrisy of those who run this regime. Imagine taking delight in releasing terrorists even in midst of so called war against them, while other people who commit other less crimes are sentenced to death and many are languishing in prison. And many still wonder why people resort to jungle justice as an easy way out since government won't do justice
Hope the masses can see and know their real enemies are, these people in office, so called leaders, they never give a hoot about the common man.

Bokoharams are enemies of NIGERIA and NOT of Buraitai, Zadiq and BUHARI. And so only The Parliament of NIGERIA represented by the NASS can Constitutionally disposed of Bokoharam.

BURAITAI SADIQ AND BUHARI ARE JUST WASTING NIGERIA'S RESOURCES ON THESE ENEMIES OF OUR COUNTRY AND BUILDING SELF DESIGNED UNIVERSITIES FOR THEIR VILLAGES.
