Nigeria has never had the ability to pay any loan back apart from debt servicing. Obj is not coming to power again and oil price can never appreciate beyond threshold again. The skyrocketed oil price witnessed under Jonathan was partly looted and the Senate is ready for lobbying to approve anything.
