The best way to impress someone in an interview, is by expressing yourself better.
Tell him/her what you have to offer him, that is unique from the crowd.
Don't talk about your achievements, but rather, the achievements of the interviewer/company (do your homework on the company), and how, what and why you plan to contribute immensely to the growth of the company.

If the interviewer is a lady, I'll just strip and show her my big gbola. If she's not impressed with that, then nothing in this world can impress her.

Some interviewers are just too crazy... A lady interviewer once pulled an applicant's tie off and asked him to knot it back. Crazy!!! If you be guy wey no sabi knot tie e don finish be dat for that interview.

Except it's a clothing company, and they need the employee to dress people up, she's mad for doing that.

I go comot her wig too, and ask her to design her hair to be like the wig.

Just speak freely about yourself, Don't sell your skill/ability first - Sell your personality and tie that to your skillset

What makes you unique, and how can your uniqueness adds to the company's values in so so so and so area, Speak in specifics.

Also, be honest, but not brutally honest - Don't let your story be a stellar looking perfect one ( perfect stories look and sound like bs ) - No one's personality or skill is perfect.

Admit your faults, you probably won't be the best candidate in terms of abilities or skill but your honesty, personality, willingness, and spirit will often win you points than just your ability/skill.

Go Bleep yourself . Only in Nigeria, can an interviewer say this nonsense. The essence of an interview is for the interviewer to evaluate if you are a good fit. It is not a reality show where you have to impress the judges.

Also, most importantly it is also your opportunity to check if the company is the right fit for you.

Is the culture right for you?

What is the pay like can it sustain?

How is progression like?

Does the company have a continuous improvement plan for employees?

Any company that has interviewers ask you this sort of question, isnt worth your time.

Is the Same thing as sell yourself or tell me about yourself but in this context you have to focus more on your strengths and previous achievements.

I will just talk about what I can offer them as an employee...
