If you now decide to chop, endure wearing condoms + other methods until you get married.

Why would a single lady want to get a contraceptive that hospitals are reluctant to give until a woman has at least two kids?

What if it develops complications?

The guys have no issue. They wouldn't be ones to abort or suffer hormonal imbalances caused by most pills.
No hospital will be reluctant to administer any contraceptives.
Just say ladies are scared or ignorant.
