Infinix hot 7 pro that was bought less than a week, just loss its media sound. Videos and audio are playing with no sound, all ring tones and notifications are working perfect except media sound. I've done everything I could even factory reset but to no avail, can anyone help with a suggestion please.

Hi gurus in the house. my s5 stops browsing after a few minutes of connecting. once this happens I ll turn off the data and turn it on again the it works.
