There's nothing that proves this assertion.

All the death figures are the ones that are reported. There are likely many deaths that may not be reported, because of stigma or the usual Nigerian disposition of self medicating and attributing sickness to something else.

No single scientist has claimed or proven warm weather has any effect on the virus.

Also please note that it's not "corona virus", it's "coronavirus".
