PHAYOL81: Burna boy's name is Ebunoluwa. That is how he derived his stage name. His mother, a Yoruba woman was a member of Fela's band, and she has music in her. His father is from Port Harcourt. Igbos are both human and reputational kidnappers. Hence, they try to claim successful people. Stealing is in their blood. That was how they called Dangote Dan ego te and Namadi Sambo as Nnamadi. Heck, they even claimed Obasanjo was born to an Anambra man. 18 Likes 1 Share |

Frankdoz8: Don't cry it. I gave you fact; his mother is yoruba and you started foaming in the mouth with insult. And in the end, you did the same thing I complained about: claiming land not belonging to you can be detrimental. You seem to forget it was the reason why the people of the city shed the blood of your kinsmen some decades back aside chasing some away. I just advise you before the same happen again. Claim only what belong to you. All tribes in Port-Harcourt have reiterated times without numbers that none of them are igbos but you won't care to listen because of the oil in the city and because it's the most developed you can cling to. Don't say we don't warn you before the indigenes turn the heads of your kinsmen in there to 'a dozen a dime' in the streets of Port-Harcourt. #Bye. 11 Likes 1 Share |

Why are you people like this. This is why I find it extremely unpleasant reading Most of the comment in nairaland.Must you people bring in Igbos in all your comments.I have done some investigation in this forum only to discover that most of the hate speech being posted are from the same people who attack their people with unimaginable hate speech using Igbo names as their moniker Well, people like us laugh at your hide and seek game.Igbos I know are very busy people struggling to survive and maximize their potential. |

Obiobidgbo14: I like how you were civil in your approach. Hence, I would also reply you in a civil manner. Firstly, you saw that not one, two, three or even 5 monikers attached Yorubas on this thread. Somehow, you said they were other people using igbo monikers to attack Yorubas. Secondly, you failed to either scold or caution those insulting Yorubas. Instead, you provided an alibi for them. This is despite the fact that from the first page, Igbos have been insulting Yorubas. Thirdly, you took sides with your Igbo ethnicity by asking if people must bring Igbos into the discourse. Using your logic, why are you doing on this thread? They wrote Yoruba on it and you still entered. You are an enlightened person and presumably educated too. Sorry to say, but you are a hypocrite and people like you are a problem to Igbos. You see the truth but primordial sentiments have impaired your judgement. This is how educated and enlightened Igbos were making all kinds of excuses while Kanu was insulting Yorubas. Ezekwesili, Ekwueme, Ben Nwabueze, etc. All those who should have scolded him were pussyfooting and indulging him. Go and ask Chidoka what his foolishness cost him. Don't try to play neutral while exonerating Igbos who come in here to insult Yorubas. Meanwhile, you expect a pat on the back for those disrespectful people. That won't be tolerated here. 17 Likes 2 Shares |

Obiobidgbo14: There is no real or fake Yoruba. Every Yoruba are thesame in terms of ingenuity. The only people that term their own fake are the Igbos. Osu Caste system and even the Muslims among you guys. Why should Yoruba align with the Igbo for a greater future? Have our progress ever been dependent on the Igbo at any time in our history? What exactly do you mean by that statement? What have you Igbos ever achieved that hasn't been already achieved by the Yorubas? The Yoruba man's yesterday is the Igbo man's Future!!!
