This position is bu tricky. Yes one cannot say it is what someone else wear that cause him to sin. We must be decipline about ourselves at all time first and also other must not put people to test. non of us know how we are going to fair in temptation.

A burning young man will be driven to fornication if he has no Hope's of getting married anytime soon. The economic situation is a key driver of this problem. Before a struggling man can say he is financially ready he must have been in his late 20s or early 30s but such has a man has been starving since he was 15. How do you make such a man to deal with the starvation?

Before a starving young man can think of marriage he has to have a job paying at least 150k, he must not be carrying his extended family's financial responsibilities and he must have a strong savings culture. How many men attain this conditions? Many men have to contribute to supporting parents and siblings and yet you expect them to save enough to foot the bill of marriage imposed on them by customs?

Blaming another for one's wrong doing is the highest of irresponsibility. We see people who dress loosely like they're sent from hell, but that shouldn't be a Yardstick to be lured to sin. I use to hear people advise their wards to be careful of drinks and women, so their days can be long. When we choose to live right, we know what to do, but blaming the society is a no no.
