Flexi means you can arrive at the Visa Application Centre at any time during opening hours on the day of your appointment. Not before your appointment:

Check the link on how to pay for that, i think it is on the day of your appointment. So you have to get your appointment day first

Please mimilyrics,

Does it mean even if my biometrics appointment is in September I can go any day before that day for my biometrics with my family and be attended to as long as I have paid for flexi?
Please how do I pay or at what point do I pay for the flexi? I want to be double sure of this
Thank you

That's the flexi appointment which allows you to go to the VAC at any time during their opening hours.

Thanks bro

How is 4 weeks child dependant visa done? Is it the same as that of the adult dependant? Will the 4 weeks child go to TLS for biometrics (picture)? Thanks.

Hello

Please my dad's names on his bank statement are not exactly the same with what's on my birth certificate. He has an affidavit but the first name comes before the surname on the affidavit and it's the other way round on my birth certificate.

Is this fine or I should tell him to do another affidavit?
Re: Uk Student Visa/tier 4 Pbs - Your Questions Answered Part 4 by mimilyrics: 12:43pm On Aug 02
I missed the any day part of your initial comment. At the moment, it has to be any time during the opening hours on your appointment date as stated by TLS though that's not always the case.
You have to pay onsite/ via pos.

No, flexi means you can come any day during the business hours for your appointment.

Irrespective of your appointment date/time.

I remember I did it last year with my uncle, I applied for visa on the same day at ikeja, paid for flexi appointment and went straight in with my uncle for my biometrics.

What name is on his bank statement? Is it entirely different from the name on your birth certificate or is it just an issue with arrangement of the names? What name is on the affidavit? This will help with a tailored answer to your question.
You can use fictitious names to represent this in your response.

Have you checked the information? What you did was the same day of appointment which is the same thing i am saying. In addition, i'll like to see the information from TLS that says irrespective of your appointment date/time as i have highlighted.(it will be very helpful to the house)

Honestly, we should take out time to confirm the information before responding though...You need that type of culture for your studies

I am planning to commence admission process for Master in Social Work.

Or does anyone currently studying this UK?
The course is 2 year.

Re: Uk Student Visa/tier 4 Pbs - Your Questions Answered Part 4 by Skymoore1004: 2:45pm On Aug 02
This question is broad.
What exactly do you want to know?
What’s immigrants experience?
Meanwhile why exactly are you looking to study social work?
Is it about your passion and work experience or more about migration (Permanent Residency)?

It’s just a more comfortable experience. After you enter the building for submission and biometrics, you are taken to a private lounge with more comfy sofas and little treats. I think it’s also faster to submit your documents/biometrics because there’s hardly anyone in the lounge when I get there. I don’t know what the wait time is for those who don’t use the premium lounge but I doubt it’s anything unbearable. I just like the extra comfort that comes with premium lounge

Some of the services have also been modified thanks to corona virus so it’s just wise to follow the link and read what each service offers now. There used to be a service that allows you walk in without an appointment at all. I doubt this service will be available during these times. Best bet is to refer to the website jejely to read current information instead of assuming things will be what they were last year

I am looking forward to areas where I can access for work during post study. Social Work present more opportunities to immigrants. please feel free to share your opinion
