The US government is beginning to appreciate the giant strides of His Excellence, President Mohammadu Buhari (GCFR)

Though more still needs to be done with all hands on deck, we must in sincerity commend The administration of His Excellence.

How is a ventilator useful.when the cells of the lungs are flooded and cannot absorb oxygen?
