If it was a warning then he should be sued and the judge that stamp that like they say should be arrested that is abuse of power....if it was an executive order then the property owner should be charged to court and the build sealed..... either which way this is abuse of power ask those that read law.

Mr.man which law? Executive order is no law. It is just procedural and administrative directive.Directive also is no law. Rivers state like everyother state does not have quarantine law. Wike does not even have power to lockdown a state ab initio. Under de quarantine law of 1920, its only de president that can order a lockdown. And that is why it took involvement of buhari to do it in Lagos, Ogun, kano etc. However if he wants to rely on executive order to order a lockdown, it cannot be treated as if disobedience to a criminal law. If de owner goes to court, River state govt will lose n pay for it. Even de land use act that empower governors over landed properties caannot be invoked in this case. Why is it that you people are clapping for a lawless rascal?

Your rantings are just empty supporting tyranny and abuse of office. You don't go about demolishing buildings because of lockdown violations in civilized societies just because you feel you have limitless powers as a governor. It's unheard of. There are standard measures like heavy fines, arrests, sealing off premises etc. With all this Wike's braggadicio and showmanship of seizing and auctioning trucks/vehicles and demolishing buildings to pass a message that he's on top of the game as far as Covid-19 containment is concerned, you'd think Rivers would be Covid-19 free by now. However, evidential data has pointed to the contrary, with new cases every now and then. In the whole of the South-South and South-East, Edo state aside, Rivers has the highest number of confirmed cases of Covid-19. We're talking about among 10 states here. These other governors of the remaining 9 states haven't gone about behaving like mad people destroying buildings in the name of fighting Covid-19 spread yet they've been to contain it fairly well especially governors of the South-East.
