There is no law in the Constitution that allows the Governor to quash the election of Assembly Men by not inaugurating!
It is ab abuse of Power.
It does not matter whether he "suspects" they would impeach him or not...if he is due for impeachment, he will and should be impeached. That is a non issue.
If he does not want to be impeached, he needs to "manage" his Assembly members and gain their trust and control.
