This is a Federal Government appointment that is supposed to follow the expected federal character principle. The woman could have been selected to represent her state which is Rivers . As it is, Rivers State already have at least another nominee representing their state. This means the state is usurping the right of another state due to no fault of Rivers State but Buhari.
