Kagame was a soldier on the part of the rebel against the government in the 80s and 90s, he never took part in the genocide if not he will be at the Hague today....pls don't distort history. He was not part of the genocide of 1994. All those that were part of it are in the Hague for genocide and war crimes or dead . Kagame belong to the Tutsi tribe that was killed.
