I doubt that his case will be like Suntai's. The guy actually walked aided out of the crash site. He only sustained a minor bruise on his leg and neck. Save for psychological trauma. Even as an eye witness, I am still traumatized. I wish him a quick recovery.

Thank God for the bravery of my colleagues who went in to the crash site immediately it happened even when there was pandemonium and confusion. Feyi Agagu should be grateful to God and this my particular colleague who reached out to him and helped him to safety. May God continue to protect us.

komek: Just confirmed that Agagu's corps was not there o. It was the members of his family who were going for his burial. It crashed 5mins after take off. Its a 20-seater plane.

The craziest thing I did for money was organizing tutorials in school(poly).I think it was crazy because here was a "small girl" teaching a lot of people.Back then,it was weird for a 'gal' to hustle dat way.....Well,I got enough N20 per student from people who came to see "magic" than those who needed to learn.I stopped after a while when my father heard about it and threatened to withdraw or ground me.I still love to teach tho....

@OP.I salute your courage for being honest.I can also identify with your wife to an extent.If a woman tells u "Shebi I give u when u ask for it",it suggests that u may be very authoritative.We Women are very emotional forget all the gifts(though it helps some way).I have a strong feeling it has to do with how you treat her or relate with her.Is it a master-servant relationship??Or r u guys friends (Like really close?).Do you discuss other deep issues apart from general gist, money,children...?From ur post i feel u are Lord,master,provider and all.Look inwards,change ur approach-connect with her.A barrier needs to be broken..So that she can be free to discuss ANYTHING with you,initiate s.ex and ultimately enjoy it.It is well.

@Op.Whether you want to take a gadget or not to an interview should be done with emotional Intelligence.Here is what I mean.You can't have an interview with an old generation bank and go with a gadget(You must be a joker!).But I also need to state that most employers are looking for people who dare to break off the norm and still achieve results.For example,the company I work for does not do interviews the conventional way and same with the job.So,If you want a job that will give you the freedom to be you and not limit you,you may go with your gadget.
Note:Everything should be done with moderation and you may be in for a looong wait.But trust me,when you get that job,you will be happy.All the best!

To the topic. M̶̲̥̅γ̲̣̣̥ hubby has made ♍ε̲̣̣̣̥ become more of a woman that I should be.By nature and nurture,I grew up to know myself as an independent woman.I did/achieved everything I thot I wanted by myself.He has helped ♍ε̲̣̣̣̥ to know that I could still be an achiever without necessarily feeling dependent/helpless.He has helped ♍ε̲̣̣̣̥ remove the air of 'Margaret Thatcher' around ♍ε̲̣̣̣̥.I have better relationships with everyone now.

For ♍ε̲̣̣̣̥,I have helped him to be more prudent and save more.He now has a lot of things he wasn't able to put together in a loooong time.

ALL of us that graduated with first class and 2.1 in my class passed the NNPC test.Interestingly, many of us didn't go for the interview and the reason I gathered is that most of us value knowledge and challenge.We prefer to be informed than being redundant in one government parastatal regardless of the pay.
Everyone of us is doing very well where we are, setting new standards.I have, can and will always defend the grade I earned by God's grace.
Btw, I thought only 1st class and 2.1 graduates wrote the test.So, what is it with the 2.2 gist

Doc,I appreciate your selfless service to NLders.I had D n C in 2008.Since then,I'v been feeling like there's a vacuum in my lower abdomen.For instance,Sometimes when I cough or sneeze especially during my period,it echoes in my lower abdomen resulting in a sharp pain.I did vaginal swab test n pelvic scan n nothing was discovered.My v.aginal discharge has been somehow (though it's always been somehow as far back as I could remember).Sometimes,it's yellowish,white,coupious,scanty,liquid (like water).I was worried over d discharge too b4 my doc allayed my fear dt nothing is wrong wt me.Now I'm bothered again with the pain.What could possibly be wrong?

I received a text message today from first Bank this afternoon and a mail to attend an aptitude test on 5 nov. @ Ikeja.I applied as an executive trainee.

Whateva it is that a pastor or whoever told ur mum could happen only on one condition.If you want it to happen!From my little experience I have discovered that what those "pastors" say most times could be true BUT, it has to mix with FAITH(Negative or Positive) for it to manifest.

Having said all that, If that is the only reason your mum does not want you to marry your fiancee (cos I belive Parents opinion on any issue shouldn't be totally disregarded); Then, all u need do is to have Positive faith to nullify whatever negative thing that might have been said.Trust me, it works.I wish you the best.

From the first night BBA5 started,I knew UTI was there to represent Naija n more importantly GOODLUCK JONATHAN.Why did I say so? The night UTI got in the house,he wore a shirt with Goodluck Jonathan's full picture.
It aroused my curiosity cos at that time,GEJ had not even shown interest to contest.He also talked passionately abt Niger Delta, Naija n GEJ anytime he had the opportunity.
He also wore another T shirt with the inscription "2011-Nigeria's year of GOODLUCK".He had many that other housemates wore it too.

To crown it all,on sunday after UTI was declared winner,"Goodluck Jonathan Campaign group" congratulated Uti on NTA news @ 9.

Need I say more that GEJ is on fb congratulating Uti? He is just identifying with his campaign official (Entertainment division-Africa) .

To crown it all,When he won on Sunday,I saw NTA news @ 9pm.There was Goodluck Jonathan Campaign group Congratulating UTI for winning BBA 5.

In conclusion,Goodluck going on fb to cangratulate UTI is a way of Identifying with his MAJOR campaign officer (Entertainment division ).IT IS ALL POLITICS!!!!!

A confused mind I am!However,I am going to gather myself together and trust nairalanders to help me out.
I have been in a distant relationship for close to 4years.We communicate and maintain a very healthy relationship.Recently,I had the opportunity of relocating to a place closer to where he is.Though this relocation involved me making a huge sacrifice, I made it without hesitation.This is where the story begins,

I found out that my "angel" or so I thought had CHAINS of other relationships .We talked about it and we forgot all about it and decided to start afresh.I agreed to give him another chance (afterall, nobody holy pass) but resolved in my mind that if he should do such again,that will be the end of our relationship. Everything has been fine since then or perhaps, he became smarter.A week ago,I found out that he has been consistently communicating with one of those babes (I don't know for how long though).I asked him about and he didn't have anything to say.It is Obvious he is still seeing her.

We are already talking seriously about getting married next year but I am sure I don't want to get married to a He-goat .I am now faced with the decision of sticking to my resolve or giving him yet another chance.
We have both invested a lot into this relationship and I am finding it difficult to decide.I need your honest advice and a bit of tough love won't harm either.

I am a career inclined fresh graduate.I want to get to the peak of my profession.I know exactly where I want to be but the challenge is exactly how to get there.Cos when I meet people who are ahead of me(career-wise),they all seem to say the same thing about the most logical starting point of my chosen field.The SNAG,however, is that as much as I am interested in building a career,I am also very much interested in making MONEY and this recommended point pays veeeeery little.

I live off Airport road in Port Harcourt.Well, we live on gen 24/7 cos we usually have light for maximum of 2hrs a week .Yet PHCN brings bills (unfailingly) every month. [i wonder how they calculate d due amount].
However,I got a rather unbelievable news yesterday when I returned from work that there was light for 8hrs 30mins and today there is light as I as type this.I hope it is for real though.

I am a young graduate with a grade many wished they graduated with .However, In my job hunting, I discovered gender discrimination is still very much entrenched in the system.At least, I have come across 3 offers where the employer / HR insists on a male staff.Come to think of it,the job in question does not require any physical quality (Strength,power etc) but purely professional.Am I the only female experiencing this ?What is your take on this issue?

Since it is a month's statement and most likely it is for internal use (management), there might be no need to strictly follow the Accounting standards format of a financial statement i.e notes to the account,Cashflow statement,5 year financial summary etc may not be necessary.

If your firm is a profit making organisation, then, Trial balance, Profit and loss Account and Balance sheet may just be sufficient.

On the other hand, if it is a not- for- profit outfit like church or Mosque,club etc, Then, you need to prepare income and expenditure statement (Similar to P&l) and Statement of Fiancial Position (like Balance sheet) would be good.

If it is an existing company, you may also like to find out what the norm (precedence) is as regards preparation of monthly financial statement.
